I have rang this company twice now for advise and both times Steve has talked me through what to do to solve the problem, by doing this it has saved me paying a call out free.. what other company do you know that would do that?. And I even rang out of hours wouldnât use anyone else now.

I rang this company out of hours and he talked me through how to get my cameras back on line.. this is twice he has done this totally free of charge.. my last camera installer charged me £60 just to come out. Wouldnât go anywhere else now

We expected a new aerial but Stephen checked out the signal and diagnosed a faulty aerial lead connector. Repaired and rechecked, fault rectified, outstanding service at a reasonable price.

Came today to fix my satellite dish. Steven was polite and courteous and I couldn't recommend him enough. He fixed the problem within 20 mins and his act of kindness will not be forgotten in his goodwill gesture - a massive thank you !!

Great service . Arrived on time. Our telly had no signal . Stephen located the problem and explained what needed to be done . Reasonable price . Had a minor problem after completion but he came back same day to rectify it . Would recommend .

I couldn't get my tvs to work. It turned out they just needed tuning in. I wasn't charged for the work and explanation given so I could do it myself next time. Excellent service. Highly recommend

Extremely happy, Stephen was on time, did not rush to finish the work. He obviously takes pride in his work and the materials he uses. Was very knowledgeable about his trade and talked me through the signal strengths and possible signal problems, I am a elecrician by trade so found this very interesting. I would definately use him again and would recommend him also.

I left a message the evening before. Received a call first thing next day. Time arranged. Call half an hour before to explain running half an hour late. Stephen checked all aspects of our aerial including the booster and connections etc. He explained the problem was the BT box not the aerial. He made sure I knew how to access the channels that didnât need the BT box. He didnât charge me for his time or expertise. A welcome and rare experience. Would definitely recommend

I booked Mr Eckersley to remove and replace a derelict TV aerial from my parents property. Upon examination Mr Eckersley advised us that the derelict aerial was not actually being used and having checked the circuits to a second aerial on the roof notified us these were good and so a replacement was not necessary. We wouldn't have known this but just shows what an honest trader he is. He removed the bad aerial as well as a rusty old satellite dish and took these away and just charged a nominal sum for this work. Overall I am very happy with the excellent, prompt and professional service I received.

Sorted out existing poor aerial installation within the cramped loft space. 2 TVs now perfect signal. Investigated poor broadband we had and improved signal by 30%plus. Great price, punctual and 1st class service. Highly recommended.

Amazing service, I had some live wires I did not know about hidden in the wall that Steve found. He informed me and went out of his way to go to the wholesalers mid job to make them safe for me. Work was finished to a excellent standard.

Steve retired the whole of the aerial system in the house, which was complicated. He put in a huge amount of work, kept to a very reasonable price and was a pleasure to deal with. He is excellent.

We used to have one aerial on the roof with 5 cables all bundled in and run over the tiles. Steve installed an amp/splitter in the loft and ran all the cables out under the eaves. He could have charged us for a new aerial but didnt. Honest friendly guy and really tidy job.

Can't express how happy we are with the works carried out today by Steve, we had been told by a sky engineer that it wasn't possible to have sky TV, so I rang Lowton aerials, and steve came and installed a dish and now we finally have sky, The standard of work exceeded all my expectations, and was carried out to a very high standard, steve is very polite and very tidy! Turned up promptly and discussed what was needed. Very easy to deal and even saved me some money by advising me that some of the work I was intending to have done was not really necessary. Very punctual. Tidies after job. Pleasant & fair guy. Quality work & service. I had to call him out re Aerial he installed a couple of years ago.He always answers phone which is reassuring. Anyway on inspection he found the aerial had failed and he replaced it FREE OF CHARGE insisting it was under warranty. Honest and reliable guy, I highly recommend Lowton Aerials.

We telephoned Lowton Aerials on 10 April pm and asked if he could look at the Sky box which was not recording, he attended promptly as promised solved the problem providing an exceptional service, I would have no hesitating in recommending anyone to use this company and would use him always.

Steve identified the problem straight away (saw the damaged tv aerial on Google Streetview!), diagnosed other problems with cables and the aerial socket and fixed everything promptly, explaining what the issues were. Overall cost was much lower than expected. First class service.

I contacted Lowton Aerials on Sunday morning as my sky system had gone down and sky couldn't send an engineer for almost a week!! He came on Sunday morning and completed the repair in 5 mins something sky wanted a ridiculous fee for, I was very grateful as you don't realise how much you rely on your system. Excellent service, would highly recommend

I needed the sat dish realigning after loosing some of my channels. Steve managed to come two days earlier than had been arranged, which was even better. He was polite and professional with great knowledgeable and fixed the issue in good time. I wish all tradesman were like Steve. We were attended to promptly, he arrived on time and the work carried out to a high standard, with a friendly and efficient manner at a fair price. The after service is also excellent, Steve has been out a couple of times to adjust the tuning and it is a prompt service each time with a smile. We recommend Lowton Aerials and satellite customer service at its best.
