Jeff was punctual. Very friendly. As it was just a washer, that needed changing on the tap. Jeff wouldn't take any money. How nice is that, very rare these days, you come across such a caring person. Thanks Jeff your one in a million.

Jeff came and fitted a replacement shower. He arrived promptly and completed the work quickly. I have used Jeff before and he is always spot on with his work and attitude. I would recommend him whole heartedly.

Jeff arrived on time and completed the work of replacing taps and sorting out a shower leak very quickly and efficiently. He and his colleague were polite and pleasant and knew exactly what they were doing. I would also say that from my experience his prices are very competitive. I would definitely highly recommend Jeff to anyone needing a plumber.

Jeff contacted me straight away following my initial enquiry. An appt was made quickly and he arrived promptly.The problem was located and fixed on the first visit and charge for work carried out reasonable.Highly recommended.

Jeff and John fitted our new shower cubicle, toilet,wash basin and flooring. Jeff gave advice on most suitable fittings and flooring. They turned up on time and completed the job with the minimum of mess .

Bathroom suite fitted...John Jeff and Callum had been previously to remove our old suite and then waited for us to get all the rest of the work done - plastering, new flooring etc - and came back. Never rushed us even though it all took far longer than planned. When we were ready they were able to accommodate us quickly - turned up on the dot, worked away and got the job done quickly, tidy and efficient. Called out for an urgent job for my distressed Aunty. Sorted the problem, fitted new sink, taps and shower. Kept the place tidy and took everything away with them. Thank you very much John.

Jeff and John Bailey and their team were fantastic. They replaced everything in my bathroom, including wall tiles and flooring in three and a half days. I wanted my bath removed and replaced with a shower unit run from my new combi boiler heating system (which Jeff and team installed). As previously Jeff, John and their team were on my doorstep everyday at 8am sharp. They were incredibly considerate checking where they could arrange all the "stuff" for the installation - they made sure, for instance, that my lounge was free of "stuff" meaning I could relax there. Jeff patiently explained everything to me and quickly ordered for me anything I had forgotten (e.g., a fan). I was also impressed that they kept my house cosy warm even though they were doing all this work in January. I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. I love my new bathroom and shower!! Many thanks to Jeff and John.

This is a business run by John and Jeff Bailey. My job was carried out by Jeff and his colleague Dan because John was ill. Jeff came to do some work for me two weeks ago, just sorting a toilet overflow and replacing a radiator valve. I was so impressed with Jeff I asked him about getting rid of the header tank in my attic and the hot water tank in my so called airing cupboard. He explained to me how combi boilers work which would mean that these tanks could go. Tonight my attic tank is drained, my airing cupboard tank is no more, and I have a combi boiler. Result! Jeff project manages everything, e.g., electricians, and extra labour. The combi boiler was fitted in one day. Jeff was on my doorstep at 8am. He is a a very quiet, focussed and utterly obliging gentleman. All mess was cleaned up which I was not expecting. The workings of my boiler were really well explained to me and I am not good with this sort of thing! Consequently, I have asked Jeff and his team to rip out my rather old bathroom suite in the new year and replace everything. Meantime, my combi boiler is fab! The back of my house is north facing and I thought I'd just have to put up with being cold. Incorrect - this boiler has sorted it - am now toasty warm even in my north facing dining room. Once again John and colleague did the business. Fitted new kitchen vertical radiator, and new outside tap. Explained the manner in which the radiator works compared to standard ones, and bled radiators to ensure system was fine after dropping. Great job and recommended

John and Jeff fitted a new boiler. They visited site prior and I explained my requirements - John advised, was excellent in what he told me, and took the time on completion to explain commissioning of the boiler rig. He also accommodated my requests re pipe changes. Once again I would not hesitate in recommending JOhn (and Jeff) - top blokes.

John and his brother Jeff have carried out several works within the house since I first contacted John just under a year ago. Works have included a combi boiler installation and an upgrade on the ensuite. I can thoroughly recommend the Baileys - they are a credit to their trade and the Good Trader scheme.
