A large conifer suddenly became loose at the roots and leant at an alarming angle towards my neighbours' garden. Although they were officially on holiday Vince and Duncan came out to look at it and decided that something needed to be done as a matter of urgency. They were going out later on but they managed to fell it so that it landed on my lawn, in what seemed a very short time, and came back two days later to remove the debris. They ground down the root as far as possible and did an excellent job of clearing up and loosening the soil to enable me to plant something else. I am very grateful to them for doing this so quickly and efficiently. I have used them before to prune trees and they have always done a good job as well as being extremely pleasant to deal with.

Vince and Duncan did a superb job in taking down a tall tree. This was done carefully bit by bit without any falling debris. They used all the correct safety equipment and tidied up afterwards. Competitive quote, friendly and professional service. Many thanks.

This is the second time Vince and Duncan have trimmed and tidied our conifer hedge which consists of several different types of conifer and is quite tricky to get right. They have a done a wonderful job again, it looks great. They also cut back our ailing forsythia and advised us on treatment. They arrived on time and left everywhere clean and tidy. Really pleasant and friendly to deal with, look forward to next time !

Vince and Duncan have done a few tree jobs for us including removing two trees. They are very patient, good at giving advice, always on time and leave everything tidy and removing all mess. I would not use anyone else now that I have found them.

Garden Rescue Tree Services have provided consistently great services. Theyâve worked cutting conifers and unmanageable garden bushes in my garden for a few years now. Vince and Duncan are genuinely nice people who transform my garden every year. The garden looks beautiful, they consult and make suggestions, work hard, are reliable and leave everything immaculate. Even the neighbours comment on how great the garden looks post visit! And finally, they care about birds, they ensure nests arenât disturbed. 5 star!

Our front garden had a very overgrown and untidy hedge consisting of mixed conifers and heathers. It needed cutting back but we didnât have the skill to tackle it. Vince and his son did an excellent job having listened to what we wanted. It is now a very attractive feature and we couldnât be more pleased. The service was very friendly and prompt and all waste was taken away. Happy to recommend !

Vince and Duncan were professional and reliable from start to finish. They turned up on the days and times they arranged, to (i) provide an estimate and (ii) carry out the work for me. On the day the job was done they worked really hard from arriving in the morning to leaving in the afternoon. They removed a large Leylandii, a big, awkward shrub and several old, stubborn stumps. They removed all the waste and left my garden clean and tidy. A couple of thoroughly decent guys. I would definitely use them again if needed and would recommend them to other people for this type of work.

My late dad and I have used Vincent and Duncan on four occasions now regarding tree removal or tree work and have found them to be hard working, professional, providing good advice and they ensure all is clean and tidied up. Safely removed a large tree which was leaning dangerously. Vince and Duncan arrived exactly when they said they would, carefully followed social distancing, took down a very large tree which turned out to be 3 trees growing so close together they appeared to be 1. A very professional job, they left the sight cleared of all waste, I am very happy to recommend their services.

Father and son did a wonderful job on our overgrown Holly tree.It has opened up the garden and we will be able to cope with it now.They listened to what we wanted and tidied up and left our garden neater than when they arrived! They had all the necessary equipment they needed and were very safety conscience.They removed all branches and leaves.This is the team to use.

A very professional service from Vincent and Duncan in an emergency situation, requiring a tree which was in danger of falling in the strong winds and needed to be felled for safety. I employed Vince and Duncan to remove overhanging branches from a number of very large trees in neighbours gardens which were causing dense shade in mine. They did a superb job, advising how best to tackle the situation, executing the work in a safe and professional manner and clearing up afterwards all for a very reasonable price. I would have no hesitation is using them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Highly recommended. Vince and son Duncan did a first-class job. Very professional and knowledgeable, they are so obliging and are a pleasure to have around. Arrived on time and set to work straight away. Finished in good time and tidied all around. Took away all the cut-off waste. All done for a reasonable price. They gave a number of useful tips on aboriculture and using my own equipment. Will be quite happy to employ them again.

An excellent and proffesional job removing three Evergreen Trees and a dangerous Willow branch. They kept the appropriate part of the council up to date as the work progressed. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.

Phoned Vince requesting a quote for the removal of a cherry tree and the pruning of a plum tree. Vince & Duncan came out the same day and phoned back later with an acceptable quote. We agreed a date for the work and they contacted us in advance to let us know they were on their way. Vince & Duncan undertook the work in a professional manner and we are very pleased with the result. They are friendly and tidy workmen and cleared up the site. We would definitely recommend them.

Vince and Duncan took on the mammoth task of cutting back our boundary hedges and crowning a number of trees in the garden. Friendly, hard working and professional people. They also care about wildlife too which was important to us as we encourage nesting birds. Lots of people have commented on how nice the garden looks now. After they finished our job, the neighbour asked them to do his tree. A couple of weeks later we asked them to remove two trees for an elderly relative - she too was delighted. Highly recommended.

Having found this company in Local Life with the Good Trader sign on the advert, we rang them Monday morning. They came out to see us Monday evening and gave us an estimate which we accepted. They said they would ring when they come out and do the work. They rang this morning (Wed) to say they would be with us in half an hour and they were. Both father and son are extremely professional and very polite. They did a first class job and left no mess. We were very impressed and wouldn't hesitate to have them back.

Garden Rescue Tree Services were excellent. They worked hard in my garden which had not been managed for a few years and they were able to transform it to a new place. they cut down trees, removed ivy, shaped the existing trees, took away all the rubbish, and cleared up really well at the end. There is much more light coming into the house now and the garden feels tidy and bigger, so I am looking forward to spring and summer!

Vincent & Duncan from Garden Rescue were very courteous & professional. They turned up on time to initially discuss the job and took their time explaining what they would, and could, offer. Their expertise was obvious and they made valuable suggestions, which actually ended up saving me money. Made a first class job of trimming the sycamore tree in difficult circumstances with greenhouse beneath and branches over neighbours garden. Left garden very tidy, even removing small branches from lawn.

A father & son team who were both polite and courteous. They listened to what I required and gave their advice. They cleaned up meticulously at the end of each day. Neighbours too have been impressed and asked for their details for when they next require work to be done. Would recommend them to anyone.
