Mike arrived on time , brought to life my late husbandâs â deadâ computer and showed me how to use it, especially accessing precious photos. We have employed Mike, Expert Computers on several occasions in the past and he has been totally excellent. Today, I had a problem with the bar at the bottom of the computer and couldn't work it out, alas. Then, I had the bright idea of ringing Mike up and he talked me through it successfully in a minute. I apologised in case I was interrupting his working day and explained my problem. He was quick to assure me that I was not interrupting him and he was very willing to talk me through what I should do to rectify the problem. He was polite, courteous, professional, friendly and solved the problem almost instantly. That's what I call excellent service. Give Mike a call should you need your computer sorting out. He's brilliant.

Mike was a gentleman and upon hearing my dilemma (I had accidentally broken my son's pendrive with 12 months' worth of uni work on it) immediately suggested I take the broken pendrive to him and see what could be done. I waited patiently whilst he did his magic and "hey presto" Mike presented me with a fixed pen-drive and had also taken the time to transfer all the data onto a spare pen-drive that I had brought with me. I can't praise him enough and the price he charged was very reasonable. Highly recommended!

I had been "phished" by a very sophisticated person purportedly from Virgin Media so was very concerned my PC was infected by malware etc. Phoned Mike and explained what had happened and he came the following morning. He checked both my PC and my wife's PC and removed any bad stuff and corrected some set up errors on my wife's PC. The time taken was approximately 1.5 hours. Mike was very proficient and personable. The price charged was very reasonable and I would definitely use Mike again for any further issues. One of the big things for me was that Mike did home visits which saved a lot of inconvenience having to take the PC's to a repairer.

I am so delighted that I contacted Mike when my computer 'died'. He advised what to buy and then set the new computer up transferring all my precious/lost data. He is a very pleasant guy who will do all in his power to assist. I cannot find anything to mark down - prompt, attentive and someone you can talk to. On top of that what this guy doesn't know about computers just 'aint worth knowing'.

Called Mike late afternoon who asked me to drop off my computer which I did at about 4.20pm. Got a call back at 5.50pm saying my computer was fixed and ready to collect. Mike understood my requirements and carried out the necessary repairs speedily, done and dusted in less than 2 hours. Cost of repair very reasonable. I would use Expert Computers again and recommend their services.

I don't know much about IT, so it would be easy to rip me off. I chose Expert, as they are close by. Mike was very good: identified the problem in seconds, recommended some further upgrading, (including a new hard drive, I think that's what he said!) told me he would be finished next day. Picked the laptop up next day. It is better than new: faster especially. All for £80! A capable and trustworthy outfit.

Mike is extremely knowledgeable, and although my computer was running very slow and would not connect to the modem within a few minutes after he had booted it up he had worked out the problem.He was on site for just over the hour but his advice and skill was never pushy and he was quite happy to take the time to explain that although my computer is quite old 7 years. It was still operating well and needed no more than a tweak or two and some "free" programmes were actual costing me in time and conflicts within my computer

Lady customer 65+ Quick, efficient, thorough. What an excellent guy Mike is!! Mike arrived on time, quickly analysed the problem and took the tower away for repair. He telephoned the next morning to say the repair had been completed....a new hard drive. He arrived half an hour later and plugged in the machine. He then stayed another 3 hours to install all the discs I wanted. I chatted away to him during this time and he was really informative. Nothing was too much trouble! When I came to try out the computer it was as if it was brand new but he had transferred my precious photographs and many other things including my card making info. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Had a real problem with my laptop this afternoon, after checking the Local News, found Mikes number and gave him a ring. Was very pleasant, and indeed half and hour later I was dropping my Laptop off with Mike. Repaired it swiftly, and kept me informed via txt message.
