The Bathtek team of staff are a total credit to their company, they made our experience of a bathroom refurbishment a pleasure and stress free, the work was done by experienced engineers to a first class design using quality materials. Extremely happy with all aspects of our bathroom installation from the initial visit with everything explained, the lovely friendly staff in the showroom helping with decision making and the installers who were courteous, kept working areas clean and tidy as possible and were hardworking and reliable. It was our intention to get other quotes but because myself and parents were so at ease with all involved, the trust was there straight away and my parents were happy with the price. Had a bathroom fitted by Pete and Dan approx 11 years ago, the look and condition is still really excellent. Recently had a problem with a leak on the toilet cistern. Dan came out and replaced the cistern and make everything right which most companies would not be interested in doing after 11 years. Such a refreshing change to deal with real people and companies that really do care about their customers and want to do the best for them. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend Bathtek to everyone who wants a reliable company who use quality products. Thanks for everything Zeena, Pete, charlene and Dan.

Installation went smoothly from start to finish and I am delighted with the end result. Scott and Garon worked hard all week and arrived on time every morning. Pete, Zeena and Charlene give full information and advice and are always available for queries. Their workmanship is excellent. Scott and Dan take extreme pride in their work. Initially when looking for quotes, Bathtek was marginally higher but I felt more confident about them as I had previously had other installations completed by them. Coming back to Bathtek is a recommendation in itself and I always recommend them to others.

I would like to say thank you for doing such a fantastic job fitting my new bathroom, it looks stunning! From start to finish everyone involved was lovely, helpful and importantly listened to what i wanted, then made it happen, despite the million and one questions and comments i had along the way. To find a team so pleasant to work with is a joy in this day and age- most just want your money without understanding your vision, worries and concerns. Bathtek truly understood my vision and i felt like we were a team trying to achieve the same goal. The office staff were patient and dealt promptly with any queries i had and Pete and Dan were amazing. Great to see such a high work ethic and high standards of workmanship. At no point in the whole process did i feel pressured to have something i didnt want or forced to change layout, it was truly a collaboration. Despite me being at work all week the guys kept me up to date with every stage, left everything clean and tidy at the end of every day and importantly left me with a usable toilet. After waiting 16 years for my dream bathroom i finally have what i wanted. Thank you everyone.

They have an excellent selection to choose preferred colours. The plumbers were friendly, brought own protection for the floor and cleaned up and left place tidy. From initial visit to the showroom we were greeted in a friendly manner by charlene and zeena. We looked around with no pressure. Peter came to look at the job and was helpful with ideas for what we required. We recieved an estimate within a couple of days and decided to go ahead. We visited the showroom again where Zeena helped with choosing flooring and wall panels. We wer given an installation date and the guys scott and Harry arrived on time, both polite and friendly and respectful of our property. We went away for the duration of the installation. Scott rang us to confirm a couple of details. Pete arrived on day one of the installation to have a quick discussion with myself, my husband and the guys to make sure we were all on the the same page as to what was required. From start to finish an excellent service. Friendly, polite informative staff, reasonable prices and we came home to a beautifully fitted bathroom we are really happy with. Dan and Kyle always arrived exactly on time, just before 8am and worked tirelessly all day. Dan talked through every aspect of the job to ensure no mistakes were made and delivered 3 fantastic new bathrooms, finishing a few days ahead of time. We had similar priced quotes but there was not as much included for the price eg, half tiling and spotlight lighting. The quality of all 3 rooms is excellent and the attention to detail is really good. Very satisfied customers.

We were recommended Bathtek and it is close to home so we tentatively enquired about changing our bathroom .They could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable . Pete designed a beautiful bathroom for our unusual room, better than anything I could imagine. The room is big and the house is old with very thick walls but all of that was no bother. Zeena and Pete helped us to choose fixtures and wall and floor coverings that complement each other and suit our needs. From knocking our the old bathroom and taking it away to finishing the whole bathroom and leaving everything clean and tidy every day took just five days . I would 100% recommend Bathtek, I have found them extremely helpful with good advice. They also go the 'extra mile' by altering some pipework that wasn't billed for but made the job look better. We had three quotes in total however Bathtek provided a better service and spent time explaining what was required for our needs. We made a total of 4 visits to the showroom from the initial visit to look around to sorting out the finer details and on each occasion we received the right amount of help from Zeena when we asked for it, but left to look around at our own speed when we wanted to. On the installation days the fitters turned up on time and each one knew their job ans just got ion with it - no idle chatting about other subjects to help pass the day. They were clean, tidy and polite throughout the job and we cannot praise them enough for this. Nothing could be improved, job was done to perfection.

Before I contacted Bathtek we had had 3 companies around to look at our bathroom. Being an elderly couple in need of a shower tray in place of our existing bath looking for reputable companies in the Wigan area proved to be a minefield! All 3 quotes that we received were not really what we wanted, more what they wanted to do for us. While reading some local news on the Wigan Today website we saw 'the good trader' link and decided to take a look. Lots of local companies all with honest customer reviews. What a fantastic idea. Credit to the local council and trading standards for such a good idea focusing on only local traders. Anyway out of quite a few local bathroom companies there is only one that sticks out amongst the others - Bathtek Northwest. We rang to book an appointment and Pete arrived on time, Wow! He had plenty of great ideas which were just what we wanted. The estimate arrived a couple of days later and to our amazement it was cheaper than all the other quotes we had received. Needless to say today after only 2 weeks since our initial contact our bathroom has been changed and we can finally have a shower in comfort. Bathtek had delivered on all its promises and we are delighted. A credit to the local community and the fantastic good trader site. I was looking to buy a shower cubicle, had seen one in Costco catalogue but needed to see it in real life. Found Bathtek UK in Wigan â itâs like a Tardis crossed with Aladdinâs cave! A very knowledgeable man answered all our queries and explained our many different options. We discovered wall cladding in some of their displays and were blown away by the concept â no more grout! No more having to clean, replace or think about grout!! I made up my mind a few days later and went for a LW10, spoke to Zeena who agreed to price match. Also added some wall cladding from one of the handy catalogues we were given. Over the next few weeks I had a fair few dealings with Zeena, if sheâs busy â she calls back. She is ultra-efficient, helpful, knows her stuff and very patient with ditherers like me. Finding Bathtek was a stroke of luck, Zeena has been a star!

Bathtek had completed our bathroom in 2016 and had done an amazing job. When we needed a new kitchen, there was only one place we were going to go. Pete listened to what we needed, made some great points and ideas and the rest is history. WOW, WOW - Our new kitchen is all we dreamed of; new cream doors, walnut tops, upstands with panelling to walls, vinyl flooring and a fantastic designer radiator to warm a cold room up The ceiling and spot lights produce a fantastic light in what was a dull room. The complete installation was done in only a week. The lads arrived at 8am and left at 4.30pm every day, cleaned up and removed all the rubbish. Honestly, again, Bathtek have been a pleasure to have in my home. I felt comfortable in the whole process. In a world were my generation seem to be targeted by unscrupulous traders, Bathtek Northwest deserve to win every award possible for honesty, workmanship and above all customer service - Another fantastic job done to perfection. We were asked what we wanted then Pete made some suggestions which was better for our en-suite. All the young men were brilliant and very conscientious. Dan explained things very well, he also asked before doing some parts of the job which was very good indeed. When they were finished they cleaned up very well, five stars for that, and they explained about the job before leaving. We usually have to clean up after workmen but not this time. Brilliant! We would also like to let the council know that we looked on the councils fair trader scheme to get Bathtek Northwest and they fully deserve to be on the site. A definite 5 stars plus for everything.

I had a look at the showroom and had a chat with Zeena; I wanted my bath taken out and a shower put in. She showed me some panelling which I would never have thought of and it looked great so I made arrangements for Pete to come out and show and give me a price. He said it would only take 2 days. They pushed me in as I was in desperate need of a shower so they started work on the Friday and finished on the Saturday. I got a phonecall to say that the workmen would arrive at 8am on the Friday. Daniel knocked on my door at 2 minutes to 8 and Kyle came 2 minutes later (A workman on time, I could not believe it!). Daniel explained what they was going to do first putting dust sheets down. They were both hard working and polite, it was a pleasure to have them in my home. When the job was finished Daniel explained how everything worked. They left the house spotless which I am very impressed with. I would recommend this business to anyone

We are very pleased with the work which has been undertaken. We are so pleased with the ceilings we have asked them to complete another one in our main bathroom. We especially liked the fact that when Pete initially looked at the work we wanted he listened to what we actually wanted, even when we wanted to keep most of the existing tiling, and never tried to 'upsell' us things we didn't want or need.

It is nice to find a company that is helpful from our first visit to the showroom to the installation itself. I am disabled and the way Pete and Zeena helped me and my wife was very helpful. The installation itself was good, quick and they were very tidy. We would definitely recommend Bathtek to anyone and thank them for all their help and the brilliant bathroom they have left us with. On visiting showroom we were not pestered at all which was excellent. The fitters that installed our shower were friendly, polite and very clean and tidy. I left them as I had to nip out and felt my house and my belongings were very safe. Excellent job and service

I was extremely impressed with this company from start to finish. The staff were very professional and courteous at all times, arriving on time every day, working the whole day with very limited mess and disruption. Their emphasis on customer care was first rate and the quality of the work superb, and to finish off when the work was complete they even provided me with a small gift to thank me for my custom! A great company, that I would recommend to anyone and would certainly use again in the future. My ensuite looks fantastic, thanks bathtek for a job well done!

When I first visited showroom, I was greeted by Zeena who was very helpful. Pete came out to do the estimate and was very helpful and gave me lots of advice. Bathtek had sent me the quote before other companies had even bothered to ring me back. I am thrilled with my new bahtrooms and the quality of the finish. Great job was carried out with minimum of hassle and fuss. I hardly knew they were there, arrived on time and cleaned up every day. They were brilliant with my 2 children too.
