Contacted elite 365 and explained what the issue was that I was having. I sent over a few pictures and straight away he knew what the issue was and gave me a price to sort it out.Came out the day after which is great that he could squeeze us in and fixed the door for us.Clean and really quick, really happy with the service received. Any future issues requiring a locksmith i won't hesitate to use this company again.Thankyou!

Wasnât sure what had gone wrong with my door, John came out and knew within a minute. Explained what had probably caused it, he was right in his suspicions.Then said there were three options and price points for the new cylinder. Went for the higher grade one, with young kids in the house I do like better security. He also gave my door the once over with lubricant, tightening screws and aligning the door.

Supplied and fitted a new front door to my late brother's house and took away the old one. Also previously allowed me to gain access through back door and replaced the lock.I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Elite365 My grandma had a new back patio door fitted a few months back (NOT by elite365) sadly the botched up the job leaving it difficult for her to unlock/lock the door to the point it caused physical pain. After a lot of back and forth with the original guy who fitted the door he just stopped answering and advised nothing was wrong I recommend Elite365 to her (as originally changed the locks when we moved into a new property, again amazing job, can't fault) Sadly, a lot of faults and issues with the door where found, but Elite365 explained them and showed my grandma. He was patient, helpful and explained everything and did a fantastic job. Thank you!

John is a fabulous locksmith. Really efficient with great communications. John fixed a balcony door in our rented apartment in Salford Quays and recently changed the locks on our mailbox for a new tenant. Reasonably priced and trustworthy. Would recommend!

John was punctual and worked extremely hard repairing the door bolts on the door. He was vey patient and explained to me what he was doing which I I found very helpful as I had no idea how the double glazed door bolts worked. John then replaced all my locks.He explained what he was doing and how the locks worked. John was very polite and made sure that everything was working as well as tidying up, I will definately reccomend John to other people.

Weâd been broken into at 1:50am so still shaking I called John and he was at our house 20mins later. What a top bloke. We were still in shock but John was brilliant,reassuring us and he even found my car key that the burglars had dropped. He fitted a new barrel on the night and weâve had him back to replace all our others with 3* rated locks. I canât recommend him highly enough. Cheers John.

Lock repaired on sliding patio door after it wouldn't lock. Spoke with John who was friendly, he called me back within a few minutes to let me know a locksmith would be with me in about 40 minutes after completing another job. After I'd forwarded my address, John sent me a text to let me know the locksmith had finished his other job early and would be with me in 15 minutes!James was friendly and professional, identified the problem quickly and had the lock repaired in less than 10 minutes. Even adjusted the hinges on our front door on his way out to make it more secure!Overall, great service from start to finish. All this at nearly 10pm on a Sunday night too! Would highly recommend and will use Elite 365 again when needed. Thanks ????

John came out to me within 30 mins of my first contact as a key had got stuck in the door so I couldnât secure the property, john was polite, friendly and explained as well as showed me what the problem was, he replaced the damaged mechanism, put a new barrel in and cut me some extra keys, absolute quality service and I highly recommend him

I had a faulty front door lock that needed to be replaced. John identified the original lock had failed due to poor installation of the door originally. He showed me the issue and has also documented it to use for a warranty claim. John also adjusted a rear patio door that was beginning to struggle to close with the lock. He was prompt, punctual and very knowledgeable and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I called early afternoon and John was there within a couple of hours. He messaged me 30 mins before he arrived and was polite and friendly. I live on my own since my husband passed away in February this year so was very concerned about the security of my property. John reassured me that the lock he has fitted is not only secure but also under warranty and has advised me to keep his number handy in case of any problems. I am sure I will not need to as he checked the lock and also the fittings on the frame. I would highly recommend his company to my friends and family.

Originally fixed my patio door which wouldnât lock and didnât hesitate to help fix my front door when asked. He then advised me to change my locks as the lock wasnât a good lock in my door. I did this and am really happy with the price and service. Highly recommended.

John was very professional but friendly, he did not push me to purchase the most expensive option. He fitted the new lock there and then and was very clean and tidy. We were worried because the front door wouldnât lock. John came round at the time he said he would. He knew straight away what the problem was. He gave me a quote before he started the job. He not only replaced the locking mechanism he told me the reason why it became faulty. He pointed out a loose hinge that made the door drop slightly, he fixed the hinge and realigned the door. He also cut me an extra key free of charge. He cleaned up after himself. We were very pleased with his workmanship and would highly recommend him.

He wasn't fazed by our quirky house which sometimes makes tradespeople scratch their heads. Re-aligned door, fitted new mechanism and two new locks. Well priced and done to a high standard.
