I can't recommend this company enough. I had other builders come and a few let me down just didn't want the job I don't think. But Ross took it on and being honest it was a bigger job than he thought but still did it. They replaced 2 lintels in a very old house one was quite large but they both managed it. He kept me informed of everything they was going to do. Also once finished cleaned everywhere and removed all rubbish. So thanks again RWL build one happy customer.

Ross, his son and joiners Danny & Rob. Took on a tricky job repairing floor joists, replacing the floor, taking out and refitting a kitchen and having new air bricks and drains fitted. They all did a fantastic job. Really quick, high quality work and service. Would definitely recommend Ross & Danny to anyone in Wigan looking for building work & joinery. Great job and thanks again.

I would just like to thank Ross and Owen from RWL Build Ltd for all the good work they did and the project management that Ross undertook on our behalf. Our project was removing a wall and ceilings between the kitchen and dining room to create an open plan living dining area and all works associated with this type of project. For example, electrics, plumbing, joinery and plastering. Also, the installation of a new kitchen, new flooring, installation of Velux windows and new roof tiles on an existing extension. The project management by Ross was excellent and he communicated with us on a daily basis so that we were kept us up to date with all aspects of the project which was completed on time and within budget. In addition to Ross and Owen, all the trades people he used for this project were also excellent without exception. At the end of the project, we were left with just what we had envisioned, an excellent living dining area that we will enhance our home living. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ross from RWL Build Ltd to undertake any project and from hereon in I will only be using Ross and his trades people for any future works I need doing.

I'm delighted with the double-story extension built by Ross. He was accommodating when we changed plans, maintained excellent communication, and offered a competitive price. The work was done to a high standard. I highly recommend Ross for his professionalism and quality craftsmanship.

Ross and the team he uses were a great bunch of lads. From the start of our project to knock through a galley kitchen, into a dark rear lounge to create a large open plan kitchen and living space, they were punctual, reliable and full of good advice. The work completed was to a very high standard and will make a massive difference to us. Would definitely recommend Ross and will be using him for our next project. Thanks Ross!

Again excellent service from Ross and his team - we have no hesitation in recommending him for building work. He demolished and rebuilt a long garden wall and the brickwork is precisely laid. Most recently Ross relaid a beautiful patio with materials sympathetic to the house. Polite and cheerful, professional and fair.

I contacted Ross after seeing some work he had done for somebody else I'd already had a couple of different company's come and take a look but ross was by far the most reassuring and professional about what the job needed and how to do it. Ross arrived on time stuck to his price with no hidden extras and delivered a great service along with his team. All jobs have now been completed to a really high standard and for the future works I wouldn't even think about using anyone else.

Ross and his team replaced part of a damaged outside wall. The work was carried out efficiently and tidy and the team friendly. I was pleased with the finished result.Would definately recommend Ross for any building work required.

Ross created a raised patio area with porcelain tiling. He also made suggestions for improving the area and made recommendations for other trade persons needed. Not only a great builder but also project manager. Excellent job completed on time

We had a lintel put in over a bedroom window. The work was carried out very efficiently, even working through lunch time. Any mess they made was cleared away immediately. We wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Ross to carry out building work, he is efficient, gets on with the job, explains what he's doing, a tidy worker and his costs are reasonable.

Ross' team came to fix a boundary wall after storm damage. They kept us informed following the work being postponed due to Covid-19, and came as soon as they were able. Really high quality work done within a couple of days. Very happy to recommend them.

Ross fitted a new door and downstairs windows at the rear of my house. He has made a very nice job and I have no problem recommending him.He has previously done a lot of work for me including replacing lintels, bricking up a window, replaced the back upstairs windows and repointing the side and rear of my house. I was very happy with that original work which is why I invited him back.

Extension built/wall knocked through, Lovely Glass Lantern He organised all other tradesmen. Not only is his craftwork excellent, the price is great. He's a lovely man, liked him so much didn't bother getting another quote. I had broken leg whilst he was doing the job and he made sure everything was clear and safe for me to get around. He started an apprentice whilst doing the work who was also very nice, it was a joy to have them working on my house
