Mike was professional, polite, rang me back within half an hour, Weds evening, did an inspection and quote two days later Fri, the first day I was off work,, spotted another roof tile with a crack. fitted new tiles and repaired the roof the next day, Sat, which was good because it was a hole in the roof and I was concerned about the weather. excellent service. .

Mike was quick to respond to my query about my leaking roof and came out within a few days to identify the problem and provide a quote, which was very reasonably priced. He was back within a week to carry out the repairs and took the time to explain what had caused the leak. Work was completed to a high standard and my roof no longer leaks. I hope never to need his services again, but if I have a roofing issue I wouldnât hesitate.

Mike diagnosed the problem with the roof, he then arranged to come and get it sorted in a timely manner. he took photos of the issue when he first came, and he also took photos of what he had done to sort it out.He was courteous, punctual, and really pleasant to deal with. Had 2 leaks to front of house. Mike called out free of charge to inspect. Spotted the issues and gave a really competitive quote. Arrived to complete the job on time to replace broken slates,re point where needed and sort out the lead works. Did a great job, really professional and I would definitely recommend. We are really pleased to report no more leaks.

We had a false ceiling roof leak in the kitchen on the night of torrential rains and wind. Mike and as extremely busy till Christmas, but managed to accommodate us in between his busy schedule, identified the leak sites, mended and sealed them. I have previously used him and can confirm that he is very reasonable in his charges, honest and reliable in his work. I would strongly recommend him for any roof work you may have. Mike responded quickly to my enquiry and was out the next day to provide a quote. The communication was good and the work was completed as discussed. He didn't take payment till after the work was completed and I was happy.With the issue being on my roof he took videos and pictures to show me the problem then once the job was completed, he showed me new videos and pictures of the finished job. I would definitely use him again with any further jobs required and would certainly recommend.

Mike visited me three times in quick succession. First time to assess my roof and to figure out the root cause of the issue. We called Mike at R+R roofing to look at a leaky gutter, not a big job, but he was here within half-an-hour of ringing. Always friendly and reliable, he carried out the repair straight away, and didnât charge the earth. Mike efficiently fixed a couple of problems with our gutters, sorted out a misaligned tile related to the dry verge edging and also repointed the roof ridge tiles. He was very pleasant and did a brilliant job of sorting out our roof related issues in a timely fashion. We would certainly use his services again.

After using Mike's services a month ago to do a roof repair and fit new deep flow gutters on the back of our house we asked him to renew the gutters on the front of our house with the same deep flow gutters and down pipes which he has completed today. He has done a brilliant job once again you cannot knock his work ethic, he arrives on time is pleasant and friendly and I would not have any hesitation in recommending him. It was a pleasure to do business with him.

Very professional and turned up on time. Worked solidly to remove, clean and re-bed loose ridge tiles across main roof, small apex and porch. Also replaced broken roof tile and re-pointed valleys. Excellent work and the roof looks great. No mess left behind and a good price for the job. Would definitely recommend.

Mike and his team are consummate professionals, getting us out a real mess caused initially by cowboys last year. He sorted out the front elevation of our roof, and we got him back to complete the rear. Always cheerful and ready with excellent advice and guidance, I cannot recommend him highly enough. Mike came out quickly following very heavy rain to assess flat roof which was leaking above gas boiler. He came out the following morning to repair the section of damage as an urgency and completed the full roof a few days later when there was a dry spell. He carried out the work to a high standard with minimum fuss. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services.

Mike today carried out a repair to a leaking roof and also replaced the gutters at the back of the house with deep flow ones. He explained in detail how the repair was going to be done and took pictures of the completed job for us to see. He has an excellent work ethic and is friendly and polite so much so that I have asked him back to replace the gutters on the front of the house. I would not hesitate in recommending Mike.

Late yesterday afternoon I spoke to Mike about coming to look at some loose flashing over a bay window. It's now 9:30 the next day and he's already been along, fixed the problem on the spot and even touched up some other flashing so it will last longer. Great service and I really appreciate the speed with which Mike was able to fit me in. Definitiely recommended.

Mike Haddock works very efficiently, he arrives to start the work on the date agreed. No delays and excuses! He explains what needs to be done (as previously mentioned in his estimate) and gets on with the job. At the end, he shows you photos of the work done on the roof and the improvements. He is also flexible and tidied up some Sky wires on our roof, which was a last minute request from my husband.

Mike recently repaired a leak in our roof. He was responsive to come and take an initial look to quote the same day, then quick to return to do the work as soon as weather permitted. Mike arrived when he said he would . He has done a good job I was happy with the price it was roughly what I expected it to be. He replaced the lead flashing on one side of dormer and checked that side of the roof. I would definately recommend him. I have asked him to do another job on the roof that I know needs doing. The quote is a fair price for the work involved.

We've had an issue with our roof for a little while now, other companies have come out and let us down.I rang Mike in the morning and by the afternoon he'd visited us. Given us sound advice on what he suggests needed doing, advice for future works that we would like and fixed the issue.He was very professional, friendly and we felt the price he gave us was very fair.
