In this case, Prescott's tried to repair an Onkyo radio/music centre that they had previously cleaned and serviced very competently. It appears that the laser in the system has now failed beyond economic repair, but they did their best to get it to work again and refused to take any payment for the time spent on it. A year or two before this they had given me excellent advice, over the phone, on adjusting my TV when it had developed a problem; again, at no charge. In terms of courtesy and friendly, professional service of a high standard, and at very reasonable rates, I can't fault this business, and I would warmly recommend it to anyone.

A two man team arrived to install an external TV aerial on the date arranged. They quickly and efficiently assessed the best place for installation and proceeded swiftly and quietly got on with the job. Excellent service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Service was very good,we asked them could they move our tv and and all electrical equipment to another space in lounge they came round within a couple of days and the job was done with no mess, we then asked could they put a new tv in upstairs bedroom they came round next day and job was done within the hour again no mess,

Prescott TV has undertaken a lot of work for myself and family over many years. Kevin always gives reliable, excellent, efficient and friendly service and always comes when arranged.
Kevin was really good with my elderly Mum who found it difficult when TVs went digital and needed top boxes.
The service and helpfulness in the shop is also excellent.

Sky advised us that a repair would only be possible after one week leaving us without TV over Christmas.
Prescott TV were with us within half an hour of our call.
The TV was repaired very quickly and the charges substantially lower than Sky. We have used them before and would do so in future without hesitation. An excellent family firm that deserves the support of all of us.

Responded to our call within half an hour. Our TV services were restored very quickly and efficiently thereafter. This after Sky had informed us that a visit would only be possible a week later. They are very professional, friendly and very reasonably priced.
To be able to access my aerial for repair they had to take down a cat containment fence. I can not fault there workmanship in putting it back up and the repair to the aerial. Would highly recommend them.

We suffered with poor reception for months. We contacted several companies but no one could be positive about the fault.
Spoke to Prescott's TV they came out 2 days later, traced the fault, fitted new aerial. Job took about 1 hour, very good price for job and recommend to anyone.

What a wonderful local business. The guys came around and gave a quote for work to be undertaken along with suggestions for the best approach. I was very impressed with the work carried out by Kevin Prescott. He was very thorough and professional and his work was of the highest standard Rather than put more holes in the wal to fit a bracket to take the TV, he designed and made out of mild steel a plate which he attached to the existing bracket. he cleaned up and left no mess.

I'd spent many many hours up and down the loft stairs (at least 17 if I added it all up over the days) trying to get a good reception for my bedroom tv, but to no avail. I finally had just had enough and called Kevin Prescott. I wish I'd have done it sooner as he came out the next day and within an hour, I had all 3 bedrooms and the living room receiving all channels with good reception. Good price paid and can strongly recommend kevin and his son. :-)
