From start to finish they were brilliant, from Barry coming round to quote and give different options to Chris and Ryan coming to do the boiler replacement, and new shower fitted after some excellent pipe rerouting. all done in a day and a half, so pleased with the work, they just got on with it, excellent all round. Barry took my call that the boiler had finally broken on a Sunday, came to see it next day and discussed types of boilers. the new boiler was fitted on the Wednesday. We are so grateful that they rescued us from the cold so quickly. Ryan was polite and helpful and worked really hard on what was a difficult job to replace the old boiler. We are really grateful to them.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Quote given for different options, very reasonable. Quick start on the job Barry came out to quote the job giving different options. Within the week work was completed, turning up on time great communication, cleaning up, excellent explanation given regarding work and explanations on thermostat and boiler installed. Excellent service from start to finish. Requested a quote online and was given 3 options with no pushy sales to purchase. A few weeks later when my boiler finally packed up I rang Barry to arrange an appointment. Due to covid I sent loads of photos via WhatsApp so he could see the current installation. Installation date arranged for a few days later. The engineer turned up on time and immediately started to work. 100% professional at all times, boiler out boiler in in no time at all. All mess and waste removed so well that you couldn't tell he had been (other than a shiny new boiler on the wall). He then went through all the settings and controls fully answering all my questions fully. Transformed the house heating and hot water.I've already recommended them and will continue to do so.Thank you to all at Premier gas care.

Premier Gas installed a new boiler and fitted 3 radiators, also they made good existing pipework previously botched by a cowboy plumber years ago. The service we received was second to none, from the quote by Brian to the girls in the office and the gas fitters. First class company!

I had my old boiler and loft tank removed and a new Worcester Bosch 30CDi Classic system boiler fitted. Three rusty radiators were replaced with new ones and all the radiators were flushed and then chemically treated. The price was very reasonable, everything went ahead as agreed and the work was completed to a high standard. On completion I was given a gas certificate, 10 year parts and labour guarantees for the boiler and filter and the company registered the instillation with Gas safe and Worcester Bosch. The three young men who came to do the installation did an excellent job. They were efficient, polite and professional. They kept mess to a minimum, covering everything with dust sheets, cleaning up well and taking away all the rubbish and old parts when they had finished.

Everything went well from the initial consultation with Barry to the completed job. We had very little disruption and our new boiler and thermostic valves were fitted and working after2 days. The engineers (Chris and Ryan) were respectful of our home and very hardworking. They explained everything clearly and cleaned up.

Excellent service. Had 4 radiators replaced and new combi boiler in kitchen and 're routing of gas pipe. Removal of immersion, filler tanks in loft, back boiler.. All work completed in two days. Chris demonstrated how the new boiler works.. Competitively priced. Would recommend premier gas.

I would definitely recommend these guys they were prompt and efficient. They cleaned up has they went along and made good all areas of work. The lads were very friendly and kept me informed at all times where they were up to they did a good job of fitting our new boiler into the airing cupboard and taking the old back boiler away with the minimum of fuss and mess.

Premier Gas are an established reliable company, with an excellent track record. The highly skilled installation team which installed my boiler were polite and exceeded my expectation for customer service. They're not the cheapest, but in my option you get what you pay for these days. Highly recommended.

I can not recommend this company highly enough - their service and workmanship is of the highest standard. The team have just replaced our conventional 16 year old boiler with a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler. They removed the water tank from the loft and the immersion heater creating lots of new space before installing the new boiler in less than 2 days. No mess, the fitters were a pleasure to have in our home and the product is excellent. Everything completed and installed as quoted and they also fixed a faulty radiator and leaking tap for no extra cost. Not sure what else I can say except we are very satisfied customers and I would have no hesitation in recommending Premier gas to anyone.

Work fine, just a slight hiccup with checking water pressure for existing plumbing, after having a new combi boiler installed the water pressure is now very powerful, thus causing leakage from existing plumbing witch wasn't checked along with new plumbing carried out. It caused damage to paint work in a downstairs room, however Premier Gas Care where quick to offer compensation.

We had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted by Premier Gas LTD on the 5 February 2016. The lads done a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. They were patient and proffesional with my partner, who is disabled, when showing how to use the remote control for the boiler. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent from Barry giving me my quote. Lads arrived on day and time as promised. They covered all flooring and worked hard to complete the job on time. Very polite lads who explained how everything worked. And only left when they were satisfied I understood, leaving no mess at all. The heating is perfect works on thermostat that is so easy to use. My hot water is the best it has ever been. Overall I am a very happy satisfied customer. I will certainly recommend Barry and Premier Gas to friends and Family.

Quote was given and accepted and they fitted day after. the engineers that turned up were polite and very much concerned for us because it was -1 outside. they tried to keep as many doors closed as much as possible They were clean and excellent workers that didn't seem to stop for lunch by 3pm that day the new boiler was up and running .I would highly recommend them to my family and friends

Would highly recommend this company from the initial telephone enquiry to the survey visit and the two engineers who installed our boiler who were courteous, professional and walked me through all the instructions how to use remote. The two heating engineers Gary & Darryl who installed our new Bosch Combination Boiler were extremely efficient courteous and polite. They provided an extremely professional service and we would highly recommend Premier Gas Care. They were completely trustworthy as we had to leave them alone whilst we went out. When they had completed the installation they tided up after themselves and even washed down the front driveway. We will have no hesitation in asking them to provide our annual gas boiler/ central heating service.

Company could not have been more helpful, existing boiler had started leaking, they sent an engineer to diagnose problem, sent a quote for completion of work, and carried out installation of new boiler all within a couple of days, installation engineers were efficient, competent, polite and respectful, they tidied up and removed all rubbish when they had finished, then gave me a tutorial on how to use the new equipment, I have no hesitation on recommending this company.

The 2 operatives who installed our new gas boiler worked tirelessly for two days barely stopping for a cup of tea! They were pleasant, efficient and so courteous. At all times we felt at ease with them in our home and they were totally trustworthy when we went out to do our daily shopping. Dan and Daryl did a fantastic job taking my old conventional boiler and tanks out and replacing it with a worcester bosch combi boiler.The new new boiler had to be moved from down stairs to upstairs and this is wherethey got 5 stars from me there was no damage no floors taken up to do this job. I would 100% recommend Premier gas care of Wigan if you need a new boiler.

We obtained 5 quotes for a new boiler and although neither the most expensive nor the cheapest, Premier came over as the most genuine and trustworthy. They emphasised that they trade on an excellent reputation and this was supported by various reveiws we researched. Our new boiler fitting and system conversion was undertaken over two days and throughout the fitters were polite, friendly and very efficient. They worked feverishly, hardly stopping for a break and at the end we have a brand new and very efficient boiler with an excellent 8 year guarantee. Very happy customers.

Excellent professional service. Order, survey and booking all really friendly and efficient but particularly impressed with the fitting of my replacement boiler... Went to work on the day of fitting and came home to lovely new boiler but I couldn't tell they had been there. They had cleared everything away and no mess.. They even fixed my kitchen tap! Would recommend to anyone not just family and friends!

I was looking on line for a local company to replace my old free standing boiler with a Combi-boiler and found Premier Gas Care Ltd. Barry called at my house and reviewed my old system, he went away and sent a comprehensive quote the following day. I accepted his quote after comparing it with two other company quotes. We set an installation date that was convenient to me. I contacted Barry before the set date and asked him to change eight of my radiators at the same time as the boiler, he gave me a quote and I asked him to supply them. The Premier Gas engineers Garry and Chris arrived on time and continually worked all day without a break, taking care to cover furniture were required and remove any waste as they went along. The second day Garry and Chris arrived along with Ryan the apprentice. They all worked continually without any type of meal break only accepting cups of coffee when offered. The job was finished in the afternoon and they tested the system giving me a gas test certificate when completed.Garry and Chris explained all the system to me and my wife and what to do when certain events happened. I must comment on the professional way they installed the system with a very friendly attitude. I would certainly recommend Premier Gas Care Ltd to anybody that requires a quick, efficient and cost effective central heating system.

When asked for a quote this company produced multiple fully explained quotes for Boiler replacement. We selected a quote and the company booked us in at our convenience (as my work shifts are very hard to work around). On the day the team turned up on time, the work was carried out in less time than I had anticipated having our new central heating up and running by mid afternoon. The work was carried cleanly with all waste materials removed and the house returned back to normal as if they had never been. The work crew were very pleasant, polite and knowledgable. Before leaving we were given a complete tutorial in how to use the system and all our questions were answered fully. We would happily consult this company for any further work we would need in this area, overall a very positive experience that I had been dreading but Premier Gas Care made it easy and stress free. Our new Gloworm boiler is performing wonderfully and hot showers are one again the order the day. Thank you!

I could not speak more highly of this firm. After getting over 10 quotes for the exact same boiler and work they were definite great value for money. Carried out the work within 3 days of me booking the work. The 2 gentlemen who carried out the work were brilliant. Left hardly any mess sat and explained everything I needed to know about my new boiler and they even filled out my warranty for me. I would recommend premier gas care to anyone. Excellent.

Excellent team, checked everything out and planned out work before commencing, explained what work would be done on each day, and kept a clean and tidy work area wherever they worked. Upon completion ran through the basics of operating the new heating system, tided and removed all rubbish and completed all necessary paperwork, would highly recommend if you want an efficient job doing.
