Prompt response to email request for repairs to rainwater gulley and block paving surrounding it. Arrived on time and completed the job in a professional manner. Easy to talk to and deal with. Cost of repair a pleasant surprise compared to a previous quote. Definitely, recommend David.

Following the recent storms I used good trader to find someone to first help with an emergency fence repair to secure my property and then provide an estimate to replace the fence. David understood the urgency and managed to squeeze me in the next day. He was punctual, friendly, efficient and did a great job at pace. Looking forward to my new fence being completed in the new year. As a single woman I worry about finding traders, I used this site, one canât come to my emergency repair for 3 weeks, one for 8 weeks and another didnât answer. David came next day. Highly recommend *****

I called David to clear a drain which I had thought was a simple blockage of one drain. However the job was much bigger than I realised. David was superb. He quickly realised the scale of the problem checking all the drains and persevered until he found the blockage which was away from the site I had originally identified. He worked hard, and cleared all my drains which would have led to a much bigger problem if he had not been so dedicated to sorting the issue. He tidied up afterwards so I had no mess at all to deal with. He was friendly, worked hard, and his price was very reasonable.. I would 100% recommend his services.

This was the first time we had used David's Company having found him, with excellent reviews from other customers, on Wigan Council Good Trader Scheme. We were not disappointed & every compliment that others had given him was well deserved. We were experiencing a drainage problem, David arrived with one of his team & both men worked extremely hard to solve what turned out to be a difficult to remove blockage. They were both very polite, pleasant, knowlegeable & professional & their charge was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to use David & his team again & would recommend them to anyone..

David is friendly, polite and professional. His quote for the work to be undertaken was good. He arrived early each morning and worked very hard, The work was finished to a high standard, and he also cleaned up and left everywhere tidy. We first contacted David to solve a drainage problem on our back patio. Having assessed the problem, he had it sorted quickly, efficiently and effectively. Since then he has returned to landscape the back of our garden and later to transform the front garden. Throughout all three jobs he and his team worked very hard in some of the nastiest weather this winter. They always arrived punctually, cleaned up perfectly after each stage of each job, were always cheerful and were most professional. We couldn't praise them enough for their excellent work. We would recommend them unreservedly.

David carried out substantial works to our gardens, including complete re-landscaping of the rear garden. He was entirely reliable, always punctual, very conscientious and happy to accommodate changes to the specifications where they were requested. The standard of his works is first class - the area was always left tidy at the end of each day and we're absolutely delighted with the end results. We'd have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him.

David re-flagged and widened our drive, modifying the slope and adding a drainage channel He is a very pleasant, punctual, hard-working man, producing work of the highest standard with a minimum of mess and inconvenience. We would not hesitate to use him again and would strongly recommend him to others.

David has, over the years, completed numerous and varied works at the nursery. He is a very competent person, with excellent all round knowledge of the industry. I am a Chartered Civil Engineer and always benefit from discussing a job with David at design stage. His work ethic is outstanding and the quality of workmanship is exemplary. I would have no issue with recommending David for any project that he feels he has the resources to undertake.

We had an existing large decking area that we wanted to remove and replace with a paved patio.We contacted David (Marshall Landscapes)and told him what we required and he advised us what would be our best options. He arrived early every morning sometimes with his son Ben and within a week David had removed the decking and had laid the base for the new patio, even though the weather was atrocious, he worked like a Trojan and completed the job in the following week. He even managed to do a couple of extra jobs for us, we have no hesitation in recommending David as his work is high quality and he is very courteous, always left the area clean and tidy, he even came back one evening to cover the newly cemented stonework as he had heard that there was to be a sharp frost that night. We found his work ethic outstanding and his finished work is a delight to us, we can see ourselves sitting out on our patio, just waiting for the sun!!!!! We intend to get him back in the near future to help us out with some landscaping.

Dave was such a conscientious worker, he kept us informed at every stage. He tidied up every day after his work was complete, I have never had such a methodical and tidy workman before. His work is excellent. He even worked on a Saturday to get the job done. He provided us with instructions on how to look after the decking and artificial grass as well. We would not hesitate in employing him again and would recommend him to anyone

Dave Marshall has done several jobs on my property over a number of years. He is always punctual, delivers what he promises at the price quoted. Never any unpleasant shocks or surprises. Always leaves the property tidy and clean at the end of each day. Extremely professional and well mannered. I will always use him in future should I need his services
