Tony's entire operation was first class, installing a new oven, removing the old one for recycling, and installing a new heating element in our kitchen hob. Very obliging, turned up on time, reasonable total price quoted and agreed in advance. Very conscious of Covid precautions, very tidy and took away all packaging and waste. No hesitation in contacting him again for future work.

Replacement dishwasher fitted and a broken extractor cooker hood assessed. Tony discussed the cost with my landlord, arranged delivery and attended on time to fit the appliance. We have used him for a few kitchen fixes and he has always been professional, punctual and efficient. Tony keeps in contact and always attends at the time agreed, 10/10.

Tony was delegated by an insurance company to repair our washing-machine. He arrived to check the problem, on time, on 21/05/21. Having quickly determined the problem he told us he needed a replacement control panel, but in the meantime made the washing machine usable on a temporary basis. The following Friday 28/05/21 he arrived, on time, to fit the replacement part. Job done quickly and efficiently. Tony is pleasant and efficient, a likeable person whom we heartily recommend. He communicates effectively (eg texting arrival time etc), and keeps his word.

We had what appeared to be a major problem with our dishwasher. Tony rang us to tell us that he was on his way.He was polite and masked during these difficult times. He worked both effectively and efficiently,quickly locating and repairing the problem. We are delighted with the results.

Great service and an honest opinion. I called them and arranged a 2 hr slot for the visit between 11.00 and 13.00. He came at 11:30 and within a couple of minutes had diagnosed faulty bearings, but said that it couldn't be fixed as it was a sealed drum. He gave me a couple of recommendation (not Bosch - he said the quality had deteriorated in the past few years), put everything back...and didn't charge for the call out. Brilliant. Very professional and would use again and recommend to anyone.

Our dishwasher stopped working mid cycle, Tony called round to identify the problem with the pump. He gave us a quote for repair & for new machine so we decided to replace old machine. We were delighted with the service we received & would recommend Tony to family & friends

Tony rang back really promptly to let me know how much the part was going to cost. He arrived slightly earlier than the appointed time, but this wasn't a problem. He fixed my dishwasher very efficiently, he was very friendly and even ran a cleaner/limescale treatment. Very impressed & I would recommend him without hesitation.

Tony Williamson attended mums to repair the tumble dryer. Unfortunately it was too old to be repaired, Tony looked online with mum for a replacement for her to purchase, advised mum which makes were good, the Tony took the time to collect and install it for her. Mum and myself are very happy with works carried out by Tony. He attended on time, very helpful & polite and his prices are very reasonable. Tony did not have to go & collect the new tumble dryer but did. We will definitely use Tony again.
