Mark returned my phone call promptly and came round to give us a very fair quote. He didnât try to push us into spending more than we needed to fix the broken pane on the conservatory roof but gave us 3 quotes including a replacement plastic roof and a fully tiled and insulated roof with new lights ,which we actually went for. He arrived punctually to do the work and he and his team didnât bother us for anything , not even a brew! They worked quickly, quietly and efficiently and tidied up after they had finished. My husband and I are delighted with the results!

We recently had our conservatory roof replaced by Kingfisher Replacement Conservatories and we're delighted with the finished results.From the first day that Mark and the lads arrived, they were well-organised, professional, attentive, applied attention to detail and also tidied up completely, once finished.We paid extra to have the grey, slate-effect, Tapco tiles, which was well worth the extra, as the end result is fantastic. They really do look like a real, slate roof. With a Velux window included in the job, it looks very smart indeed, whilst allowing plenty of light in.The plastered ceiling finish is of a very high standard and looks great now that we've painted it white. We're now into winter and the conservatory is quiet and retains heat exceptionally well. We only wish that we'd done this earlier, as it has given us an extra room in the house that can be used all year round.We would highly recommend Kingfisher RC to anyone considering a a replacement conservatory roof with full insulation.Well done, Mark, and thanks again.Leo & Yvonne.

Mark was very prompt and explained the fault to us. He soon adjusted the door fittings and we're very happy with his work. Over the years we have used Kingfisher for several different repairs to our conservatory and are extremely happy with both the work and the cost. Thank you Mark.

Mark and his team came and replaced our conservatory roof from a polycarbonate to a light weight tiled roof. I cannot fault marks work they have done an excellent job I would highly recommend mark and his team , we are very satisfied.

I cant recall the exact date of the work as it was several months ago. He did a great job of replacing locks on windows and realigning a few locks. All safe now! Nice service, well organised.

Did a fantastic job of refurbishing and replacing tired old roof panels and the 12 year old conservatory looks like new again. Massive cost saving versus having a complete new roof installed.

Mark repaired a patio door for us. The service provided was excellent and the price was extremely reasonable. I will recommend him to all my friends. WE WOULD RECOMMEND MARK TO ANYONE HE WAS HONEST AND THE WORK WE COULD NOT FAULT AND AFTER HAVING SEVERAL OVERPRICED QUOTES FOR ADDITIONAL WORK WE DID NOT NEED MARK PUT US STRAIGHT AND DID ONLY THE WORK THAT WAS NEEDED AT A GOOD PRICE.

A man from Kingfisher came and looked at my raining in conservatory, he said he could fix it and would contact me the following week.3 weeks later no response so I left a message on their voicemail asking them to ring back, no response. I sent an email but still no reply. That was about 4/5 weeks ago. Still no response.

Mark was very helpful and gave us some good advice. The work was carried out in a very efficient manner with high quality skills and to the timescale given. The Grosvenor roof looks excellent and has made a big difference this summer in controlling the temperature. I would highly recommend mark and his team
