Great service from start to finish. Came up with some design ideas we hadnât thought of and we now have a fantastic kitchen. Plan to deliver over a four week period was almost perfect. All the people involved were punctual, clean and tidy, super polite and great tradesmen, who explained any changes they had to make (mainly because our house is a bit uneven ????) . Would definitely recommend the team and liked the fact that it was project managed so we didnât have to chase people. Thanks very much

Our experience in having a beautiful kitchen fitted over 2 weeks was excellent and well deserve a top review. Imagine Kitchens is owned by Billy Davies and he is very attentive and extremely helpful. He talked us through the whole process and there was no hard sell. Billyâs team of tradesmen are all local and well established.The standard of workmanship was excellent and all were polite and respectable. They were tidy in their work and tidied up at the end of the day, so thank you to them. Billy supplied us with a a kitchen we couldnât be more happy with. We would like to give Mark, the kitchen fitter a special mention. His standard of work could not be higher and we were amazed at his skill. He was polite, punctual, helpful and above all very, very, good at his job. Billy paid regular visits during the job and was unobtrusive. He always asked if we were happy with things. My wife and I would not hesitate to recommend Imagine and Billy to anyone considering a new kitchen.

Even though Imagine Kitchens fitted our kitchen 5 years ago, they still helped us find a plumber to change the tap mechanism in one of our sinks. This must be among the best after sales service ever. I will always recommend Imagine Kitchens if asked.

Having tried a number of other kitchen suppliers and not feeling they really understood what we wanted we decided to ask Billy to come and have a look. He is passionate about the service he provides, is extremely knowledgeable and provides an excellent advice. He listened to me and when we went to see the designs he had drawn up I was blown away as it was pretty much exactly what I had in my head with extra little touches that I hadn't even considered. Our project required quite a lot of preparation work but Billy had all of the trades organised so it ran smoothly. Our kitchen isn't particularly big but now we have soooo much space and storage it seems massive. The units, appliances and worktop are very good quality and I couldn't fault any of it. Billy prides himself on his team of fitters, plumbers, plasterers, electricians and we couldn't fault any of them (a special mention has to go to Jeff the tiler who managed to make a very wonky room look perfect) they are a credit to his company. Ok - so we had to wait a little while for a couple of finishing touches due to supply issues _ that's par for the course with everything at the moment! - but were kept well informed throughout - we have a stunning kitchen for a very competitive price. After getting several quotes from bigger companies, we decided to go with Billy at Imagine Kitchens, his prices are competitive, his attention to detail with planning is second to none, the quality of the units, doors and hardware are excellent, you can really see and feel the quality. Even under the disruption of covid Billy manage to source our chosen kitchen and appliances and we had our kitchen fitted in no time, ok we had a little wait for it to be completely finished as they were waiting for us to have the flooring done (from elsewhere) before fitting the kick boards and end panels which ensured a perfect finish. We are absolutely made up with our new Dove Grey High Gloss Handleless Kitchen, our kitchen is very small but Billy managed to make the most of it packing a lot into such a small space, we have sooo much storage now and the space looks so much bigger, it's brilliant, the deep drawers and high units are fantastic, we couldn't have asked for anything more. Billy prides himself on his team of fitters, plumbers, plasterers, electricians and we couldn't fault any of them, they are a credit to his company.

My kitchen was installed in Summer 2014. It is as beautiful today as it was when it was brand new. It was a large project involving a 3 metre island with granite worktop, plus a bank of wall cabinets and all the usual appliances. In addition I have more units and a sink in a separate utility room. Billy Davies worked with me every step of the way from the design stage to making sure the installation was done to the highest standard. I have recently had a hinge on a cupboard door replaced and this small job was done promptly and efficiently. All in all you are in safe hands with Imagine Kitchens. I highly recommend both the quality of the kitchen and the professional service.

This is the 2nd kitchen we have had fitted from Imagine Kitchens, when we moved home in July 2020 we knew exactly who we wanted to complete the works, Billy and his team were brilliant from start to finish, covid restrictions were all took into consideration from the 1st visit of measuring to final finish of the splashbacks. Colour, design and costs were all what we had expected and the finished kitchen is beautiful, Thank you to Billy and his team for another great job completed.

We wanted a complete new kitchen with as little hassle as possible and Imagine Kitchens certainly delivered. All we had to do was choose what we wanted, with the expert guidance of Billy, empty the kitchen and make the brews for his skilled and friendly team of kitchen fitters, plasterers, tilers, electrician and plumber who turned up as expected according to the timetable given to us by Billy. This full kitchen installation, including removing a wall to the dining room and other associated building work, was completed on time and to a very high quality standard. Billy listened well to my ( sometimes changing!) requirements and provided a highly functional and attractive kitchen design, with units and appliances of the highest quality. He then coordinated all the different tradesmen like a military operation to complete the work within 2 weeks, as planned. All the tradesmen were tidy and efficient, were unfailingly pleasant and worked to achieve the higgest quality finish and with a clear understanding of customer satisfaction. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Imagine Kitchens to anyone looking for a new kitchen .

Mr Davies not happy with quality of finish on doors so returned to suppliers which in turn delayed the fitting for a few days. However the finished result is fantastic and after months of researching different kitchen showrooms I am convinced I made the right choice by selecting 'Imagine Kitchens' ALL the workmen were brilliant and if you ever needed to speak to Billy about anything he was always available . Billy was extremely helpful and listened carefully to what I wanted. He was very reassuring if I had any worries and dealt with them immediately. All his workmen were very proficient and helpful, giving us a phone call if they were going to be slightly late (usually picking something up for our kitchen). He came back to check if the job was satisfactory and we were happy and assured us if any problems arose he would be there for us. I would recommend this firm without reservation!! Well done!!

How often do you buy a new kitchen? like many of us it is every 15 years or so and can be expensive and stressful in terms of the disruption and time to complete. However from our first meeting with Billy we got the feeling it would be managed professionally, and it was. The client service we received was first class and nothing was too much trouble, the design, price and installation programme where quickly agreed and even minor changes prior to the start where quickly and courteously dealt with. The fitters turned up on the due date and it ran with military precision from there on in. All the tradesmen where pleasant and skilled and because they work with each other all the time they have a good working relationship. The job was finished on time and too a very high standard.

Billy and his team did our kitchen, utility and downstairs bathroom after a recommendation from a friend who had his own fitted by Imagine. The kitchen is fantastic, we love every aspect of it and would happily recommend Imagine. There were a few snags and delays along the way but all were sorted promptly and they were not caused by Billy and his team, just the unexpected things that crop up during a job of this size. The initial time estimate overran by quite a bit but again that's not a complaint its just a warning to maybe factor in more time when planning to be without a kitchen. The main point is that Billy and his team do what they promise, we have a great kitchen ! Read the scare stories about other fitters in the area, we did, then go to Imagine.

Excellent company and top quality workmanship. Reliable, well organised and no pressure sales. From the outset Billy spent the time to get to know us and what we wanted from a new kitchen and put that together with his advice we now have our dream kitchen. Having a new kitchen is pretty disruptive, but Billy and his team minimised this to great effect, all rubbish was taken away promptly and my premises left clean and tidy. Billy gave us alot of advice and suggestions about what what could be done to improve our kitchen which was now 25 years old. He provided us with a plan which showed what our new kitchen would look like. We did make some minor changes to the plan which he included in the new one.We were provided with a timetable of the work to be completed. The fitter, electrician and plasters were excellent and would talk about the work and answer any questions we had. We could go on and on. Our new kitchen is better than we had imagined it was going to be. A big thank you to Billy and his Team. We would have no hesitation in recommending Imagine Kitchens Ltd.

i was given a timetable for the work to be done, and it was done on time, in a manner which put my wishes first, and so as to disrupt my life as little as possible. All rubbish was taken away promptly and my premises left clean and tidy. The kitchen has been praised for its design and high standard of workmanship - by people in the building trade. I cannot commend the job too highly. in the planning of the new kitchen, Mr Davies took great care to include all my thoughts as well as making very useful suggestions.

Excellent service throughout. Billy very thorough with design, putting forward own ideas but didn't put pressure on us to take them on board. Always kept in touch to inform us what was happening when. His work team were friendly, polite and took a pride in their work. A slight fault occurred with plaster work which was put right straight away and this was followed up to check that the problem had been resolved. A company I would not hesitate to recommend.
