Norman is very experienced and completed the work with ease. Very pleasant personality and fairly priced, and was readily available to do the work promptly.

On the morning of the thaw after a week of severe freezing weather my daughter rang me to say her kitchen was flooding.
She was in a panic. I thought of Norman as he had previously fitted our boiler and hers.
He got quite a garbled message from me but he is such a very calm easy man to talk to.
Although my daughter is of very slight build she managed to pull out the washing machine to access the stopcock. We then cleared the the Kitchen of water.
We were so thrilled that Norman could sort everything out(gas leak and burst pipe) that same afternoon.
I really like Norman because he is prepared to work in all sorts of conditions.
He is a absolute legend.
He has done a few jobs for me too and they haven't been in the easiest of accessible places.

A proper "old school" plumber, turned up on time for the appointment with correct parts & fitted promptly at a really good price.
