Replacement windows.
I've just been to visit the tenants at the property where Chris fitted new windows throughout. They are over the moon with the new windows. They particularly love the child safety features and the fact that the kitchen window now opens from the bottom (it was hard to reach before over the sink).
Thank you Chris for super job, well thought out, and quality product and fitting.
I would highly recommend HTI, for their care, pride in the job and skill. I will certainly be using HTI in the future.

Chris was asked to repair some loose brickwork. The work was completed promptly and he was professional throughout. Would highly recommend him.

Today Chris and David finished my new windows and doors and I am overwhelmed with how good a job they've done.
HTI have also done other work on my house and every job has been done to an excellent standard, quickly and a very good price.
I have recommended them to all of my friends who need work doing and would never hesitate to use them again!

This was the first time my wife and I had employed a tradesman that we didn't already know or hadn't been recommended, and I can honestly say that we could not be any happier with the work Chris and David have done on our property. The work they have carried is faultless and finished to a high standard. They were friendly, punctual, hardworking and tidy and even when we asked them to do other small bits of work which we hadn't originally asked then to do this was no trouble.
We will certainly be asking Chris and David to do further work on our property in the future. 10 out of 10 !!

HTI have done several projects for us over the last few years including building a single story garage extension. They have always been on time, very friendly and efficient. Would recommend them. Their prices have also been very good.

Even though the original tiles fitted, were a bad batch from the supplier. The trader obtained a new set from the supplier. These were fitted promptly and efficiently by the trader without fuss. Their pleasant work ethic was much appreciated.

Included in the contract of installing five windows was "Repair to concrete lintel (kitchen)".
Tony Royle promised a form would be made around the lintel and a specialised concrete repair kit would be applied inside of that.
What happened was rather different. When the window installation was nearly complete I pointed out to Chris who did the installation that the lintel hadn't been repaired, he said he didn't know anything about it and then got some leftover mortar from the bin and roughly formed it onto the lintel. Please see the relevant photographs.
Before leaving Chris told me that it was his business as well as Tonys and that he would be expecting prompt payment. He even phoned on the following Monday to see if I had paid.
The inside trim on the large front window fell down on the first warm day of the year as it had only been stuck up using mastic sealant. When I complained to Tony Royle he said someone would be round that week. While I was out they turned up unannounced, no attempt was made to contact me in anyway. I emailed them back three contact numbers but they never made any contact. When I contacted them again over a month later I got a text message saying "Chris has your phone numbers and will contact you to arrange a convenient time to refit the window trim. Re your concrete lintel, not much more could be done, as long as the steel reinforced bar is encased there shouldn't be any further problems. Tony R"
No attempt had been made to contact me when Chris turned up unannounced again fortunately this time I was in and he made the repair to the front window trim. When I asked him about the lintel repair he said I would have to speak to Tony about it as he didn't know anything about it. Chris is very quick to demand payment saying it is his business as well as Tonys but when it comes to taking responsibility for things being put right he is quick to wash his hands.
Tony hasn't even been to the house after signing the contract. No attempt has ever been made to repair the lintel in the correct way for this sort of damage the way that was promised. I think Tony is taking advantage of my eighty two year old father. Take a look at the photographs they call themselves specialist builders would you want your home left looking like that ?
Unless you want to be left with work left far below the promised standard stay away from HTI builders.
