I called the company about an issue with my toilet leaking/not refilling and they were at the house within the hour and were super lovely. They got the issue resolved within half an hour and even offered to help me move some furniture as weâd just moved in. Highly recommend

I wanted a new heated towel rail in my downstairs w.c. and replacement of a concealed shower valve in my en-suite. Mark came out and assessed the job and explained because I wanted to re-locate my towel rail there would be pipes showing. As I already realised this myself that was not a problem. The en-suite shower valve could be done from the back with the lose of maybe two tiles in the shower itself.Other plumbers had been asked to do this job. They either did not turn up or did not give quotes and one firm told me I would lose the whole tiled wall which the shower valve was on.The plumbers came out promptly on the day the work was carried out - did the job - and no lose of tiles in the en-suite so in my view this was a job which exceeded expectations.I would highly recommend this company and would use them in future.

Mark came to quote fitting off hot water isolation valve. Happy with quote. Carried out work there and then. Can't thank him enough. All done at short notice. Strongly recommend to anyone.

We had a leak in bathroom. The flexible pipe to the hot tap had a hole in it. It was not an emergency as we used the isolator to stop the water. I was told 20 mins when I phoned and it was less than that. He had the part on his van and it was replaced and working within an hour. Very impressed.
