Myself and my wife are both pensioners, Paul from Easy driveways attended and initially provided us with a quote for a new tarmac drive. He was punctual, and very polite, he listened to our requirements and made us feel assured. The quote he provided was detailed and a fair price. We accepted the cost and in no time Paul arranged the work. He and his team attended to carry out the work, they were very clean tidy and courteous workers, the work was to a really high standard. I would absolutely recommend Paul and his teamâ¦.a wonderful job well done!

Really hard to put into words how delighted we are with our new driveway. Paul and his team were the ultimate professionals. From first contact to book a date for a quote, which on the day Paul turned up at exactly the time booked and gave really great advice, answered all our questions and put us completely at ease. The quote was extremely competitive and a date was booked for the work to start. They were very busy and we did have to wait a while for the work to begin but it was definitely worth the wait. At exactly the date booked they turned up and started working immediately. The whole team worked non-stop including during some very cold and wet November days. A lot and we mean a lot of tea was consumed by the team but they never stopped working once. Our drive was completed in just over a week and was everything and more that we wanted. We wouldnât hesitate in recommending Easydriveways, Paul and his team to anyone looking for a new drive. Definitely a five star company.

Had a block paving driveway installed. Really pleased with the work. Excellent job. Paul and his team worked really hard. Would definitely recommend Easydriveways. They liked lots of cups of tea as it was freezing cold being the month of January.

He personally came to do a repair even though he was busy with other jobs, I was continually being let down by other companies by cancelling at last minute , nearly give up hope when I found Paul . Easy driveways didnât just a repair my drive they came up with a design and a different colour brick for a centre piece, enabling him to reuse bricks taken out to to cover an oil leak. The price was reasonable, whereas, other companies were quoting extortionate prices and stating it would take 3 days to do a job what took Paul just a few hours and he was punctual which is very rare to find with workmen today x

Easy Driveways (Paul and his team) arrived as scheduled to give a quote and subsequently were engaged to excavate the rear area of the back garden to make it flat, they then paved the area and included the installation of a stone circle. The front driveway was also made wider by removing the existing edging stones and block paving the area. I was impressed with the quality of work and final finish that I now have. It was a large job that took a couple of weeks and despite some inclement weather the team worked great. I highly recommend them. Thank you very much, I finally have a garden that I feel happy to sit in.

Originally had easy drive ways out to block pave my drive way last June and they did a superb job. Over the last couple on weeks I notice there was a bit of a groove were the tyres of my vehicle had caused a dip in the driveway. One call to Paul and he came out and sorted the problem out within a couple of weeks and made the driveway as good as new again at no extra charge. It cost me about 10 cups of tea and breakfast actually. After care service is very important and I can not compliment the team enough for the follow up service.

Paul gave us advice, and quoted to replace and enlarge our driveway in 2018. We were so impressed by him and his knowledge that we agreed for him to come and do the work. They did an excellent job, and the permeable paving was a great choice. It says it all that earlier this year we called Paul again when we wanted to get our garden patio done, and trusted him to give a fair price and do a quality job. I cannot recommend Paul and the lads enough.

A great permeable paving job completed by Paul and the lads on our self build bungalow with wheelchair accessible entrance ramp. Paul clearly knows everything there is to know about permeable paving and was happy to discuss our needs almost a year ahead of starting! The finished driveway looks stunning and is of a high standard. It does help that Paul is a bit of a perfectionist! Great job guys, thanks

From the very first meeting, estimating to completion of the job the service was first class. Paul and his team worked very hard and long hours to get the job completed. Paul and his team even found time to put in certain extras in the front garden and some extra landscaping in the back garden. The price came in as quoted and they even worked on Saturday to get the job finished. The driveway is to an excellent standard, my wife and I are very please with it. We would strongly recommend to family and friends.

Great service end to end! Even at the quoting stage Paul was able to give me advice of different materials & finishes, even on ones he didn't provide as party of his service - I didn't have a clue what was needed! Paul & his team were polite & punctual. Each night they left the site clear & tidy, providing a temporary path up to the front door for us. My little boy loved having a digger at the front of the house & Paul humoured him whilst he worked. I've been really happy with the work & service & have had people knock at the door asking about the work. I've provided the details & recommended them highly!

Paul and his team have provided an excellent service from start to finish. Paul came out to give us a quote for having our back garden paved and some flagging round the side of the house. His pricing was very reasonable and transparent - no hidden extras. He kept us up to date with when they would be coming to start work. Paul and his team worked quickly and carefully to produce an excellent block paved area that suited our needs perfectly. They were friendly, professional and hard working. They cleared up everything before leaving and did a brilliant job. I would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future.

We cannot thank Paul and his team enough for the fantastic job they have done in extending our driveway. Since meeting Paul for the first time when he came out to quote, he was very professional and definitely knew what he was talking about. The progress we saw every night once we got home from work was amazing, they definitely worked hard and put the hours in. The end result is fantastic and we are so glad we chose Easydriveways. We had a block paving path (13m2) installed down the side of an existing imprinted concrete driveway. It took 1.5 days to complete as expected. The team doing the installation were very professional and completed the job to a high standard.

I would highly recommend Easydriveways, they were recommended to me by my next door neighbour. They provided a quote up front and there were no extra charges on completion despite a couple of extra bits that I requested.The quality of the work was excellent and so was the customer service. They are a friendly team and clearly have a good level of experience.

This team are exceptional. They gave us a competitive quote for the driveway. They arrived when they said they would and worked extremely hard through all weathers to a high standard. They went above and beyond - they saw my husband struggling with a totally different job at the back of the house and went and finished it! They came back a week later to do footings for us for another build project and we are booking them for further paving work.. Both our next door neighbours were so impressed they are booking them too! Genuine, kind, hardworking people - we were lucky to find them :-)

I used the Wigan Good Trader website to find a driveway contractor to dig up and replace our tired looking 29 year old tarmac drive. Easydriveways and another company with good feedback were found to provide quotes. A date and time were agreed with Paul from Easydriveways to attend and provide a quote. The other company did not respond after my initial contact.Paul and I discussed the project and he made some useful suggestions that would enhance the look of the finished project. Having discussed with neighbours how much they had paid for similar work, I was pleasantly surprised by how competitive Paul's price was.A date was agreed to start the work. Paul and his team arrived on the appointed date and commenced work. The "spoil" was immediately removed from the site and at the end of each day, the site was left tidy.Being a week or so before Christmas, the weather was cold, wet and miserable but this did not seem to lead to delays or early finishes before daylight faded. Laying the new drive finished on time and the following day one of the team returned to remove surplus blocks, stone and equipment.Hopefully Paul and the team managed to thaw out before Christmas and enjoyed a good few days off in the warmth of their homes.We are very pleased with the result and have no hesitation in recommending Paul and Easydriveways.

We didn't have a driveway, but as we lived on the side of a hill and didn't want to walk up and down steps with shopping etc, we decided to get some quotes for one (I will try to upload before and after photos). Paul, the owner of Easydriveways was one of the companies who came to our property to price the job. We were a little concerned as we were told by others who already had a drive leading up to their homes that we should check with each company first as our cars could ââ¬Ëcatchââ¬â¢ underneath due to the incline, but Paul was confident that this wouldnââ¬â¢t be the case - and he was right! He gave us advice and guidance on requirements, showing us videos of how the 'Brett' system worked and explained in detail how the materials would be laid - we were really impressed. He then gave us a really competitive price and later confirmed it in writing. We never felt that he was pushing for the job and both my husband and I agreed that we would be happy having this company to do the work. We accepted the quote and work commenced within a few weeks as agreed. When the men arrived, we decided to extend the area to the side and Paul simply said, ââ¬Ëok, thatââ¬â¢s fineââ¬â¢. He quickly quoted for the extra work and excavation commenced. On the second day, I had previously arranged for a water board inspector to visit to test our water pressure as it had been poor since we moved into the property a couple of months prior - he told me that there was either a leak in the lead pipe, it had furred up, or had been squashed over time and the best thing we could do was to replace it whilst work was being done on the drive. This was a real blow to me as the pipe joint had to be located due to it being a shared water supply and further excavation to the side, back and partially under our house would have to be undertaken, but when I telephoned Paul in a panic, he simply said, ââ¬ËWell, no one's died ââ¬â weââ¬â¢ll sort it out.ââ¬â¢ This response was exactly what was needed. He came straight over and gave the workmen instructions on what to do next, ensuring deliveries of stone etc were delayed until required. The work has now been completed and we are delighted with our new drive. All work to the side, back and under our house was reinstated and the whole area was cleaned up before they left. We are so thankful that we chose Easydriveways to undertake our job and we would most certainly recommend them to anyone as all the men who worked on our drive were polite, friendly and helpful at all times to us, neighbours and people who passed by and they certainly put the hours in to complete as quickly as possible. I must also mention Andrea, Paulââ¬â¢s wife who I dealt with on the phone ââ¬â she too was always friendly and supportive. We live on a lane leading to public walkways in the area and when people pass by, many of them stop to discuss our drive and the improvement it has made to our home - they then take Easydriveways details - what more can I say!

Paul and his team have done a brilliant job on our new drive. We had old paving slabs, a grassed area and some tarmac. All of this was removed and replaced with permeable paving. They also erected a new fence and arranged for our garden wall to be re-pointed. They were punctual, hard working, polite and tidy. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I cannot express how grateful we are to Paul and his team for the work they have done for us. If you are considering a new driveway, Paul and his team are without doubt the only people I would recommend. We went with a number of quotes and Paul stood out by far not just because of the positive reviews from real people, but by the amount of time and effort he was willing to put in before the job had even been awarded to him. Making sure we made the right choices even if we did not go with him. To give you an idea of the job we asked for, it included our entire front to be block paved which was partial tarmac and grass. A wall with an arch way to be built, digging out of our rear in preparation for decking and installation of a patio. Throughout the whole process I felt like Paul and his team treated the job as if it was their own home, making sure finishes and selections where correct. We had a number of issues with weather which could not be helped, but Paul and his team gave up weekends and worked long into the evenings to make sure things where finished. Even when we had issues with levels for our decking Paul found solutions to reduce the time and make it a stronger finish. As we moved through the job we found additional pieces of work that we would like doing, for example changing how the drains where laid out, Paulââ¬â¢s team just got on with it, and gave us that extra piece of mind that everything would be ok. Even when building the wall to separate our patio and drive, Paul brought in an excellent brick layer who made a significantly better job of a difficult arch than the one next door. Further we obtained a lintel for the arch and even though we had been told the size and it was on all the drawings it was shorter than expected. Paulââ¬â¢s team just resolved it adding footings and bricks so it fitted perfect. There was so many small things too, like finding some bricks for our wall during the digging out process to match our house, using some brick acid to improve the image of the reclaimed bricks we had supplied or putting in some extra colouring into the concreate mix to match better with our blue copings, all these small things made such a difference where a standard contractor would have just concentrated on getting the job done. Even given all these extra things Paul did not ask for an extra money we had to bring it up as we was that impressed by the efforts of him and his team. Now on to the drive, we really was not sure which blocks to do go for, Paul gave us several recommendations and even at the last minute we changed our minds and went for the Brett ones, I cannot recommend them enough they look amazing down. We was also considering a single size without a border. Paul talked us round on both these points and we are much happier with the results, the three sizes in a very difficult to lay random pattern look wonderful, and the small border really does help frame the drive. The work did not stop there, Paul also completed our patio, we obtained some porcelain flags which were extremely difficult to cut and fell apart. But there was no complaining from Paul he just got on with it while we was away and we came back to find it all installed with a perfectly cut curve, given how difficult these flags where to work with we were extremely impressed. He also installed some white cement in between the flags to match in with them and repair them, again outside of what we originally agreed, when we pushed again to pay for this he just said just get the lads something. You get the feeling he does look after his team too. Paul went above and beyond what you would expect of a driveway installer, all off it, the patio, the drive, the wall they all look fantastic and we could not be more pleased with them. He is very passionate about his work and that was clear in the effort and this shows in the quality workmanship that he leaves behind. Even though we were not the easiest clients to work with, given our stress levels and personal things going on at the time as well as changing specifications, Paul constantly worked with us and reassured us. The words thank you just do not seem enough, I cannot recommend him enough.

The quote given was very reasonable for the work required and they were very accommodating when I requested all of the grassed area to be removed. Although this was additional work at short notice they were able to meet our requirements. Very friendly onsite and a marvelous end product :) Would highly recommend to others

We had been concerned by tales of cowboys in the driveway business. Easidriveways quoted a very good price which they stuck to, their groundwork preparation was extremely thorough and nearly 4 years on we are still very pleased with the work
