The team turned up at the time stated, and got to work erecting the necessary scaffolding around my property, All the old Tiles, timber battens and felt were removed and taken away in a high mesh trailer. At the end of each day the lads cleaned the area, both in my gardens and the road outside at the (Rear of Back Lane).New felt and battens were fitted to front and rear, and everything was left water tight. They explained exactly what they were doing throughout the whole replacement of the roof complete with eaves cappings. At the end of the job all the scaffolding was taken down, decking cleaned and road at rear once again swept clean. I would recommend Douglas Valley Roofline to anyone looking for a very professional company to work on their home. Very trustworthy team. Thanks for a great job

Paul did a garage roof for me and all I can say was his work was brilliant, he charged a good price and managed to squeeze me in as I had to coordinate plasterers and other trades with the work. The service and quality of work were excellent. I was extremely pleased with the job they did and cannot recommend them too highly. Paul explained in detail what the job entailed and the price was very reasonable. They took a great pride in their work and left everywhere spotless. They were pleasant and polite at all times. I would highly recommend, had new tiled roof & fascias. Excellent workmanship, lots of quality finishing touches. It was a pleasure to have Paul & John around the property. Very reasonable priced, all work explained in advance.

Excellent lads always turned up even in extremely bad weather. Never stopped working and always cleaned up after themselves. The sofits and facias are superb, the job was done properly not rushed and it looks fantastic. Honest, reliable and trustworthy can't praise Paul and his team enough. Definately use again. The service we received by Douglas Valley Roofline was excellent. Prices were very competative and we were assured at quotation we would receive a first class job which we did. Risk assessments were completed as we're a Nursing Home, and they were very tidy removing debris daily. Paul & John were very punctual, friendly to all staff and visitors and keen to do an excellent job. The works have been completed on time and they have received massive amounts of praise as they have transformed the building. I would definitely recommend Douglas Valley Roofline!

This is the second time I have used this trader and am still very pleased with the work. They replaced the old Tudor panel wood with low maintenance panels. The work was done safely and all waste was removed and they cleaned the work area.

Douglas Valley Roofline have just entirely relaid our slate roof, ridge tiles, flashing where needed, completed additional work above bay windows (isolation, slates, gutters, etc) and front door canopy + fitted fascia and soffits to the side of the house.It was a big job that was completed to a very high standard in a timely manner. The quote matched the final price which was reasonable considering the amount of work. The guys were very efficient and gave us some good advice and updates on the completion of the job.Once the job was finished, they left the place spotless, tidy, cleaned all windows and front door. Fantastic job!

We had our guttering, fascia and soffit boards replaced, and we are extremely pleased with the results.Materials and finish (straight gutters!) much better than a lot we have seen.Very pleasant workmen, cleaned up daily, and even fixed an existing problem with a pipe!We had another workman in to fit lights, but Douglas Valley kindly cut out the holes for them. Great job, would recommend them.

Paul came out to quote for new facias, soffit and guttering on the full house, also for a pitched roof to be installed over the porch area. He came out quickly and the quote was very reasonable. Work Commenced as predicted within 4-6 weeks. Very punctual and worked through some arduous weather conditions. Both lads were very polite and courteous and respected our house. They have a great eye for detail and take a pride in their work. Any queries I had were explained and resolved immediately, both guys were very approachable and easy to talk to and also took the time to clean up thoroughly. The completed work was done to a great standard and myself and my wife are very pleased with it. We would highly recommend Douglas Valley Roofline to anyone looking for roofing/joinery to be done. We were that pleased we will be using them in the future when we start our extension.

Can't thank the guys from Douglas valley roofline enough they were on time fantastic price they work so hard over the two days in horrible weather nothing was to much trouble they cleaned down after themselves every day and did a fantastic job of our facia sophets and gutters. They were polite friendly and kept us informed all through. I would highly highly recommend them and will in fact use them again to do my roof.

Stripped down front and back fascia and guttering replaced with extra insulated material. Replaced gable end fascia board and replaced with new fascia with tile end caps. All work completed on time and excellent job done , any requests were completed and very satisfied with service provided . Would certainly highly recommend for anyone wanting roofing services.

We are very satisfied with the work we had done on our roof (removal of ridge tiles, cleaned, rebedded and repointed, gutters were cleared of grass and debris). The builders were very punctual, efficient, well-mannered and cleaned up the area after they were done. They showed us precisely what they had done at the end. Excellent work!

From start to finish Paul's conduct and professionalism was first class. We had our roofline replaced over the whole of the property, this was also in conjunction with our neighbour who is the other half of our semi detached property. Paul and his colleague turned up each day on time and got on with the job in hand. All debris was cleared up each day and at the end of the job the work area was cleared with not a lot for me to do. Excellent job well done. Highly recommended.

Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Did a lot of research on soffits before going with Douglas Valley Roofline. Could have got it done at half the price, but if you want it done right with quality materials to the highest standard go with Douglas Valley Roofline

Mostly I had dealings with paul (the owner). Paul was really knowledgeable, informative and had very high standards which he demonstrated through his work. He has a fantastic attitude and does EXACTLY what he explains when pricing. All workers were polite and courteous. The main priority of Douglas Valley Roofline in my experience, is customer satisfaction and I would definitely highly recommend them.
