Iv used Trevor to fit my blinds for years and i wouldnât want to use anyone else. I totally trust him to make my windows look fabulous. Trevor was ready to go the extra mile to respond quickly to my request for the fitting of new blinds. I needed a room to be fitted out to accommodate a hospital bed, with privacy as provided by blinds as as an urgent need. Trevor cut short his holiday to visit my home and measure up, and within four working days, Ian arrived and fitted out the room with the new blinds. We are absolutely delighted with the blinds, which have met the requirements exactly. Trevor and Ian are highly recommended to all, as being both friendly and professional.

Direct Blinds fitted a curved blind on our bay window some 20 years ago. Unfortunately just before Christmas I tugged too hard and one of the cables snapped so I had to manually open/close the vertical slats. I contacted Trevor and he came out very quickly. Instead of trying to sell me a whole new blind, he told me they could remove the rail and renew all components at a very competitive price. I decided also to treat ourselves to new slats so effectively we had a brand new blind at a fraction of the cost of a new one. On the day of fitting, Trevor's son Ian came and had the job done very quickly and efficiently. He also helped me with another little job for which I am eternally grateful. Trevor is a true gentleman and his son is cut from the same cloth. I would have no hesitation in employing them again and would highly recommend Direct Blinds (Wigan)

Trevor was brilliant in working around us as a busy family to come out and measure up . Everything was done extremely efficiently but with a real friendly and personable approach . I had always thought that getting blinds measured and fitted would never be a straightforward task . Trevor and Ian proved me totally wrong !My daughter is thrilled with her new faux wood white blind. It looks stunning ! Ian came out did a fantastic job , even taking away any rubbish ! Start to finish professional efficient service. Excellent from first contact to book appointment, to visit for measuring and quotation, to finally fitting chosen blinds. Trevor was on time great communication, clean and tidy both in appearance and when working, cleaned the area after fitting and took empty packaging away with him. Highly recommend very pleased with product blinds look great even gave us special plug and screw for curtain rail which was coming loose. If you want anefficient service, a clean tidy job, this is the company to use!

I managed to jam one of the roller blinds fitted by Trevor,from Direct Blinds. I rang and spoke to Trevor's wife who was lovely, helpful and assured me that Trevor would ring me back shortly to sort it. 10 mins later I received a call back and another 10 mins later Trevor had popped in and fixed my blind [turns out I'd just pulled it down too far] I cannot recommend this company enough. Trevor Knight and his son Ian fitted shutters to three windows at the front of my house. They listened to exactly what I wanted, always let me know the times when they would be coming and were very punctual. They were polite and pleasant, nothing was too much trouble. The standard of work and finish to the shutters was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to have in the house. I would highly recommend their work.

Excellent! They did exactly what they said, that is pretty unusual these days. Trevor was so helpful & patient during their measuring appointment. They were prompt, efficient & helpful. The fitter Peter was equally good. He took his time, did a really good job & his work was excellent! Excellent service, from ordering through to fitting. Trevor helped me to choose the right blind for my new bathroom and was extremely knowledgeable & courteous. I was so impressed I ordered a wooden blind for my living room. That also arrived wen Trevor said it would & was fitted without any mess.
