I have two back doors that needed to be replaced so I contacted Andrew from D-LUX UPVC to give me an estimate to replace both doors with new UPVC doors. From the moment he arrived I found him friendly and very helpful in offering advice on what would be best to meet my requirements. I was very happy with the price and agreed to the work being carried out and we agreed a date for the work to start. Over two days Andrew and his colleague arrived on time replaced both doors quickly and effectively leaving everywhere clean and tidy after they had finished their work. I am delighted with the doors. They are exactly as promised and the finish is excellent. Andrew and his colleague were friendly and efficient and ensured everything was completed just as I requested. Since the doors were fitted I have had lovely comments from friends and family and I have passed on Andrewâs telephone number to a family member who would also like some work done. I am delighted with the work carried out by Andrew and his colleague. Many thanks to them both.

Could not fault D-Lux windows in anyway. My windows were installed to a very high and professional standard. Covers were laid on carpets and beds after installing the windows they cleaned and hoovered any excess bits up. Very friendly and would highly recommend them. Excellent firm in everyway.

Very good service from D-Lux who repaired two double glazed doors which had become faulty due to their age. Andy was honest about the repairs required and completed the work in a professional manner. As pensioners this was a great service because one of the doors was jammed shut due to a locking mechanism failure and we were worried that it would need a complete replacement door. Andy was pleasant and punctual and we would have no hesitation in using D-Lux again. Thank you for your great customer service.

We have used D-LUX before, and Andy was the first person we called to install a composite back door at our current house. Andy came to measure up and advised us on different options available. The door we had chosen was installed on the arranged day, Andy and Rob did an excellent job and everything was cleaned and tidied after the installation. They even managed to sort out the issues we were having with our front door (that had been poorly installed by another firm before we moved in). Exceptional service as usual, highly recommended.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Lots of help and advice in the decision stage. Fitted windows and doors, changed glass panels internally. I was having work done outside of the property and was advised to leave off the front door until all the work was done, which they came back and fitted at a later date. Great products, price and customer service Would not hesitate to recommend!

Andy quoted for the door at a very reasonable price, and has gone above and beyond in regard to the fitting and installation. The door itself is fantastic and the workmanship is second to none. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andy to anyone, he is a consummate professional. Very friendly, very helpful and again, outstanding workmanship. Area where the work was done was left tidy - no mess. He cleaned down the door inside and out, all the glass is spotless. Very well sealed around the frame. Will definitely have Andy back if he's got space in his diary!

Had Andy in last year to give me a quote on my conservatory - ended up thinking about it for 6-8 months and come back to him! He come out again to discuss and I decided to go bigger.COVID hit and it put issues on the supply of the structure, but Andy was always in touch to let me know the progress of the order.The work is all completed and he has done a top job, and great value for money! As my bathroom window was well and truly stuck closed and we were worried about forcing the handle with the risk of not being able to close the window afterwards, my daughter contacted D-Lux UPVC as they have fitted a window and done repair work for her previously. Andy arrived promptly on the day he advised and managed to get the window open, explaining that the key hole in the handle was sticking. He applied WD40 and the window now opens and closes fine. Andy flatly refused to take payment for his time and I am very grateful for his kind gesture. I am very happy to recommend Andy and his company to others.

From the first phone call to the competition of work i can not fault the service received. Absolutely no sales pressure, i was given so much information and advice on what was available then as much time as i needed to make my mind up. Andy kept me informed at all stages of the manufacturing process and was never phased when i added too and 'tweaked' my order. Adam and Andys skills in fitting windows and doors is second to none. The attention to detail was brilliant adding those finally touches. We thought we would have to redecorate throughout after but not so, the work was done and finished to such a high standard with no damage to any of the deco. As work was completed they cleaned up and left each room clean and tidy. No hidden costs, no moneys payed up front, pay in full when work complete to satisfaction. This is the second time I have used D LUX and again their work was first class. The windows were fitted in a professional and timely manner, with the minimum of mess, which was cleaned up every night by them. The windows were finished to a high standard, and look very nice inside and outside. I would use them again for any future installations.Most importantly I would recommend them to my family and friends because they are polite and trustworthy with no high pressure sales tactics.

After reading reviews about this company I asked for a quote for a replacement window. I was quoted a compedative price for the window. I really can't recommend D-Lux enough. This is the second time that we have used them (they also fitted our front door in 2016) and once again they have done an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. We opted to pay the extra for the built in 'shutter' effect in our new back door and it was definitely worth it as it now looks fantastic (and everyone keeps asking where we got it from).Lovely people, highly efficient at what they do and a credit to the industry. As expected the work was carried out very professionally, to an agreed price and a written warranty. Andy & Adam fitted a new composite door at my home today. I chose D-Lux UPVC because of their excellent reviews and I wasn't`t disappointed in any way. We had all of our windows, front door and glass panels in the sliders replaced. The service we received was outstanding. I noticed after the upstairs back windows were replaced the house was so much warmer. Now that the job is complete we are thrilled with the results! These windows are Grade A rated and are so much better than what we we had installed previously.If you are considering an upgrade I highly recommend Andy and his crew. From initial contact to carrying out the job Andy and Adam delivered a faultless service. When they measured up Andy thoroughly went through all the options of windows and doors available, we were given catalogues to browse through, and advice was given on what would suit our property and needs the best. We were kept up to date along the way with regards to what was being fitted on what day, and once the job was complete his main concern was our happiness with the job. All the work was completed to a superb standard and the house, although empty at the time, was left clean and tidy. They did all the work at our house for a great price and to a great standard... I wouldn't consider using anyone else!

Andrew attended to an on going problem we had with a composite door fitted by another supplier/contractor. Within an hour of attendance, he had resolved all the issues that the initial installer could not rectify. Andrew immediately recognised the problem and knew exactly what to do to put it right. His approach to the job was very professional, he is very skilled and knowledgeable about UPVC and Composite installations and maintenance. I have 36 years experience in the construction industry, therefore I know a quality tradesman when I see one. I would highly recommend Andrew and I am sorry I didn't know about him before I had my door installed. I would not hesitate to call him if I need any future work doing.
