Beautiful new front door and adjoining hall windows fitted plus a new rear door. Ryan and the team arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the day. They were pleasant and courteous young men and their workmanship was excellent. I would have no hesitation in using this company in the future and would certainly recommend them to others.

Rang Chris 15 December regarding my gutter & down pipe with the ice it had cracked and split, replaced corner downpipe free, and accepted nothing in return . Contacted C&S for new bargeboards. Chris gave me a good price and stuck to it in spite of a bit of extra work needed. Gaz and Adam turned up on time, did a great job and left the place clean and tidy. No fuss, no bother. Would definitely recommend C&S.

Had replacement windows and doors fitted, including a composite front door, as well as new soffits, fascias, rainwater goods and tudor detail on the gables. Ryan gave us a competitive price in the summer but was fully booked until October. Both the door/window team and the roofline team worked extremely hard to get the work completed. They were all very friendly and care was taken to protect the property before working inside. The work was well worth waiting for and was completed with a minimum of fuss despite a couple of problems encountered along the way. We are delighted with the result which has improved the appearance of our bungalow significantly. Very happy to recommend Ryan and his team.

We had our gutters, fascias and soffits replaced, a new front door and surround installed and several blown double glazed windows in our conservatory sorted. Ryan and his team completed all the jobs with total professionalism and to a very high standard. They even managed to sort out problems created by the shoddy workmanship of our original builders (cowboys). Nothing fazed them and they just got on with the job with good humour and friendliness. The house looks amazing now. All mess was cleaned up and the site left tidy at the end of each day. We cannot recommend this firm highly enough.

Fantastic service, punctual and a great set of lads. We had all of the front windows and door replaced plus a new roof / upgrade of our extension at the back with bi-fold doors, each of the trades that were all arranged by Ryan arrived as expected and did a great job, we are really pleased with the finished look and would highly recommend using C & S Plastics.

I had a doorway bricked up to make way for a small window and a large window knocked through for french doors in my kitchen. Contacted C & S Plastics for initial quote. Chris gave a complete assessment and explanation of the work that would need to be undertaken. A date was agreed and Chris made a courtesy call the week before to check that everything was okay.Chris, Ryan and Dave arrived punctually and completed the work in two days as promised. At all times, they were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and extremely hard working. The work was completed to an extremely high standard and with particular attention to detail. They went out of their way to make sure that everything top class, Moreover, they went that extra mile in terms of customer service in ensuring that all the front of the property was spotless and that entire site left clean. A joy to deal with from start to finish! The guys worked professionally and safely and went over and above to complete an excellent job. As a householder of 33 years I can say that I have never dealt with with a company or a trades person(s) as professional as C&S Plastics. The co owner Chris kept us informed throughout the process detailing the work undertaken, His colleagues throughout were very polite and courteous. Overall they went beyond expectations including identifying problems on my roof which I had paid for previously which were badly repaired and in the long term could have caused me a great deal of anguish and cost! I have no hesitation in recommending this company as I am so happy that I close them to do my fascias etc. It is fair to say that you get what you pay for. I also found that the joists were completely rotten and it is nice to know that they were put right by caring trades people and no shortcuts were taken,

We recently had all fascias, soffits and guttering replaced by Chris and his team at C&S Plastics. We are so happy with the outstanding service we received and overall results. Their work is of a very high standard paying a great attention to detail and overall appearance. We have had a few jobs done to the house over the years and often feel like companies have no pride in their work and rush to complete jobs. This is not the case on this occasion. We cannot fault the professionalism of Chris and his team and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Top class professional firm whom I would highly recommend. Chris and Ryan and the team went above and beyond to repair and replace rotting timber on my property before moving on to completing the cladding process. This has left what was my tired and shabby looking dorma house looking clean fresh and new with a safe and sound gable end.Chris explained the work they were doing as the job was progressing and upon completion the site was left immaculate.Rest assured these guys are at the top of their game when it comes to this type of work.

This is the third time I have used this company for work to the house and on all three occasions I have been more than satisfied with the jobs carried out. Fantastic service from start to finish - chris replied to my email enquiry promptly, arranged a date to attend and provided a quote, and booked a date in for the work. All dates remained as agreed, nothing was moved - rare for contractors! The communication was really good throughout with Chris recommending the best way to remove and replace our existing guttering and wooden soffits and facias. The lads left everything clean and tidy in the evenings. Couldn't be happier with the finished article. I would definitely recommend Chris, Stuart and Ryan - excellent workmanship, well worth paying a little extra for.

A fantastic service provided by Ryan, Chris, Stuart, Stephen and Mel. The look of our house has been totally transformed. From initially meeting Ryan and receiving the quotation we knew C and S would be our company of choice to replace the old wooden double glazing. They kept us informed at all stages and were very polite and courteous and professional. They even cleaned the facial boards and gutters for us so they didn't look out of place . Very polite and pleasant communication from Chris from initial quote to completion of work. Price quoted was fair and written quotation was provided. Chris and the team replaced my old guttering and missing architrave on a window. Work was completed quickly, earlier than initially stated, and to a good standard. We needed replacement Fasciaââ¬â¢s, Soffits, Guttering and Dry Verges fitting to our house in Lowton and went through the usual process of getting different traders out to quote for the work. We had three different companies round to quote for the work and from the outset we were hugely impressed with C & S Plastics and the customer service provided by Chris and Ryan. It is immediately apparent that both Chris and Ryan take a huge amount of pride in what they do and they will not settle for second best. They took time to talk me through the options that we had in terms of colours, finish etc. and explained the materials that would be used to complete the job. This company do not use cheap or poor quality materials and it really does show when you review the work that they complete. Nothing is too much trouble and if you need to have a chat to discuss the work, they will always make time for you! It is fair to say that the quote we received from C & S Plastics was not the cheapest, however, they were the only company that provided us with 100% confidence that the work would be completed to the highest standard. I will be the first to admit that I have a high level of attention to detail and expected to find at least some issues with the work but in this case I genuinely couldnââ¬â¢t! The team of 4 turned up every day and were bang on time for an 8am start. They worked in a highly professional manner in all weathers! One day they were working in torrential rain and I fully expected them to call the work off as it was so bad! This was not the case and they put in a full shift in order to ensure that the work progressed as planned and that it would be finished on time! Whilst the work was being completed, it was extremely impressive to see that my property was kept clean and tidy at all times. The lads are constantly cleaning up after themselves and at the end of each day you wouldnââ¬â¢t even know that they had been there! Very impressive. Overall, it is fair to say that C & S Plastics are probably the most professional company that I have ever had the pleasure of using to complete work on my property and the lads are some of the most friendly and polite people that you could wish to employ. The work that has been completed is exceptional and has already received many comments from our neighbours, many of whom have had similar work completed by other companies to a much lesser standard! As soon as we are ready for our new front door and replacement windows, these guys will be getting a call as they truly are a stand out company who go above and beyond to do the best job possible and to keep their customers as happy as they can be. I would highly recommend C & S Plastics to anyone who needs to have similar work undertaken in future!

These guys have just finished a top quality job on my house. They may not be the cheapest and Chris does not proclaim to be the cheapest but you certainly get what you pay for. The job was carried out a week earlier than originally planned. They arrived before 8am every day and stayed until late afternoon, hardly stopping in the process. The quality of their work is top grade. They fully explained any issues found and how they had rectified them. They accomodated the late changes to the job that I asked for without question. The quality of the products they use is high end. At the end of the job you would'nt know they had been. Everything was immaculately cleaned up.My wife is delighted with the job and she is a hard nut to crack! I would not hesitate to recommend these guys. I can't recommend these chaps enough! They provided us with a great quote and this, together with their enthusiasm and professionalism, persuaded us to go with them and book a slot. They are busy guys, so we had to wait a couple of months, but they kept to the arranged week as agreed. The week before, they erected their own scaffolding all around the house meaning they were good to go at 8 o'clock on the Monday morning. They had to contend with 3 or 4 days of horrendous weather, but nothing stopped them from doing a full days work. The finished result was superb and our house looked like a new-build at the end of the week! They use top-quality materials and their craftsmanship is of the highest standard, with an attention to detail and work ethic that is hard to believe. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chris, Ryan and the lads to anyone considering replacing gutters, soffits and cladding. They truly are a quality company.

Arrived on time (a rare quality these days). Work was carries out to a high standard as far as I could see. I cannot praise Chris, Ryan and Stu enough for the work they have recently done on my house which included replacing fascias, soffits, gutters and lots more. The work they did was excellent and I am absolutely delighted with the results. They are so hardworking and conscientious and the standard of work is first class and they are a lovely set of lads. They actually came to my rescue after another company..I use that term lightly as "gypsies" would be more appropriate had started work on my roof and then they upped their original price by more than three times once they had removed all the fascias, bargeboards and some tiles, leaving my roof fully exposed to the elements! It was obviously a con so they were sent packing and luckily Chris and his team rearranged their schedule and got on with the job immediately. I cannot praise them enough and guarantee if you use them you wont be disappointed. They stuck to their original quote even after doing quite a few extra jobs. Absolutely delighted with the results....C & S Plastics comes highly recommended!

Couldn't be happier with the service and work completed. We were given a quote which was honoured despite additional work being required. Workers arrived when they said they would and put in a full days shift. They worked through horrendous weather to get the job done. Workers were polite and courteous, they cleaned up each day after themselves and completed the job to a high standard. We had new soffits, facias and guttering. The wood beneath was rotten, they could easily have covered over it and I would have never known but they didn't. All the wood was replaced. The house looks fantastic now. I can't rate this company highly enough. They are fantastic, I certainly wouldn't be looking anywhere else for future jobs.In summary, great company, high standard of work, good price and lovely lads.

Had to recently contact C and S Plastics to replace fascias, guttering and soffits that we had fitted by a cowboy 6 years ago, let me tell you im glad i had to now, the attention to detail and knowledge and workmanship is second to none, these guys are superb, from initial contact with Chris coming out to price up etc he pointed out that the current guttering didnt have enough brackets on, he also told me the cladding used was the wrong type altogether and should never have been fitted, and told me about eaves protectors you could tell he knows his stuff, and as we were getting water coming in due to the cowboy fitting the wrong stuff and banging straight through it with nails, Chris put me right at ease and said not to worry too much as they will sort it out for me. Well they have just finished after spending the last 2 days (it was a lot of work) working in the bitter cold to strip everything off that had been fitted and refit me all knew stuff, its all top quality materials that they used aswell no cheap and flimsy stuff like i had fitted before, the guys were great and answered many questions over the last few days, the finish is excellent looks a million times better that it did a couple of days ago, real top quality workmanship if you need any work like this doing do not hesitate to employ C and S as like me you wont regret it, and i cant thank them enough for my now mint looking water tight house, and i would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to family and friends.

Chris, Ryan & Stu were well mannered and very professional. The job they completed has totally transformed the look of our house. They were polite and very helpful from the first initial contact to the finished job. They completed all wrk within given timescales and had access to our house throughout the work done, so therefore completely trustworthy. They recommended other trades people which wwere needed and they turned out to be just as good. If you are looking for some honest, reliable & trustworthy workers then you need to go no further then this company. Excellent work which canot be praised enough.

Chris, Ryan & Stuart have recently completed (in one day) 5 replacement double glazed windows and a door. The quality of the product is excellent and their work rate is outstanding. They are very careful and carried out their business with the minimal disruption to the house and to me. They are very courteous and friendly, taking great care to do everything correctly. This is the second time I have had them do work for me and that was also of the highest standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending C & S Plastics.

Ryan & Stu arrived each day at 8am and worked all day finishing after 5pm. They worked in very weather trying conditions never complaining or delaying the job. The work is of an extremely high standard with great attention to detail. The price was slightly higher than other quotes but well worth the extra. The quality of materials and finish was worth the extra amount. I would recommended them to family and friends and have done already! Ryan and Stu were always polite, helpful and approachable. They even fixed the pointing on my roof whilst the scaffolding was up. Thank you both very much.

The Company I used to replace my soffits, gutters etc was C&S Plastics and my wife and I are delighted with the results. I cannot speak too highly about Chris and his team. The job they have done is superb and the level of care and precision is exemplary. Many 'tradesmen' who do this kind of work do not do it properly but these guys do a fabulous job. They were clean and tidy, well mannered, hard working and a pleasure to deal with. They cleared everything up when they finished and it has transformed the look of our house. Chris and his team replaced my soffits, fascias and guttering. The craftsmanship and quality of their work is outstanding.they turned up on time, cleaned up after themselves very approachable. they even replaced some of my roof felt at no cost. Amazing job from start to finish. Arrived on time every morning, minimal disruption caused while there, kept everything tidy as they went, kept well informed from them, what they were doing, why the were doing it etc. Well kitted out, awning on the van so rain doesnt stop the work, Really lovely bunch of lads.
