Where do I start! Such an exceptional service from start to finish. I needed a new washing machine due to my old one causing issues. The lovely gentleman I spoke to was so accommodating and recommended a hotpoint washing machine. They were very busy on the day I rang but went above and beyond to schedule me a delivery on the same day!! This included them ringing one of their contacts to fit my new washing machine. A first class service, with genuinely lovely people! I would purchase another product from these in a heart beat. Thank you!!

Birchallâs supplied and fitted a new fridge freezer within the time specified. I found Mr Birchall to be very knowledgeable regarding the appliance I needed and he found the right one for me. The delivery men were courteous and friendly and disposed of all packaging for me. I will definitely use this company again.

As I wasnât able to get to the shop, I was kindly sent photos of the TV I wished to buy, after accepting, the TV was delivered the following day. The young man was very polite and helpful he set everything up for me and explained in detail how to operate the TV. All in all I am very pleased with the service I received from all the staff at Birchalls, they were extremely helpful and I will recommend them to my family and friends.

Have used Birchalls for most of my domestic appliances, washer,fridge,dryer etc. Aleays had great service on time and very quick deliveries. This time my TV ( which didnt come from Birchalls by the way) had a fault which required a new LED backlight . A common problem on Samsung TV's but difficult to fit. The problem was sorted and tested in a few days. Best picture ever..

My LG 55â TV is only about 4-5yrs & after a loud bang one night, it lost all power. Birchalls charged a modest deposit (half what larger companies would charge) to inspect TV. They repaired it within 4 business days at less than 10% of what the TV would cost to replace. Great customer service. Very reasonable fees. Prompt service. But most importantly, I trust trust them. Would highly recommend.

My Freesat aerial failed. Called in to Birchalls who had installed the equipment over 10 years ago. They were able to come out the same day and replaced the aerial LNB which had failed (they showed me the failed unit). I trust Birchalls completely and really nice professional guys. They also did an aerial installation for a family members new build house last year. Absolutely recommend them.

This is the 2nd time I have used this company and each time I have been totally satisfied with all aspects of the work done. The 2 technicians arrived on time and were very friendly, I described the problem and after making some tests they explained the corrective action needed. A verbal estimate for the work was given and once agreed work proceeded immediately. Based on my previous experience Mr Birchall came to mind immediately. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this business.

I had to arrange a home move for a relative at short notice and with only a few days to complete that move. Birchalls gave me good advice on the cooker and fridge freezer to buy. They also arranged for the electric cooker to be fitted by an electrician and for the tv areial also to be installed. All done within the timescale and all workman turned up bang on time and had all the work done within 2 hours. Everything left tidy. Great service provided by Mr Birchall and his team. Mr B liaised with me throughout the process from start to finish. If asked if I would recommend them I would say "look no further".

I was very thankful that I had taken a friends advice and purchased my new Panasonic TV from Mr Birchall Market Street Hindley. All I had to do was make one telephone call to the shop and leave the matter in the very capable hands of Mr Birchall. My Panasonic was replaced with an on loan LG TV while my set was repaired and our TV viewing carried on as normal. I shudder to think what would have happened if I had used a company such as COSTCO or AMAZON I cannot but be thankful we still have such businesses as BIRCHALLS

I left a tv with a sound problem for assessment and a repair quote. By the time I visited the shop to enquire what the cost would be, a few days later, the job had been completed. I paid the very reasonable repair cost, the £25 paid for the estimate was deducted, and picked up the tv there and then. The problem was, the sound card had a dry solder joint, not an easy fault to find. Quickly fixed, very reasonable cost, excellent customer service and very nice people throughout. Result, a fixed telly for less than half the cost of other large store repairers "fixed cost" repairs.

Fantastic service from the team, not an easy job with a number of issues to resolve for us together with a new aerial. I rang Birchalls when I needed someone to repair a snapped aerial cable on the outside of my property. Although Mr Birchallâs shop was closed due to the COVID situation he went out of his way to contact someone who could do the repair for me. He rang me as promised when he had managed to arrange everything and sent a very reliable chap who did a great job with the repair. Mr Birchall even took the time to ring me the day after to check that the work had been completed. I canât recommend Birchalls enough. Itâs very unusual these days to find a company that will go the extra mile. I will definitely use again with confidence and Iâm glad Iâve found somebody so pleasant and trustworthy.

Having contacted and left an order at one of the big electrical companies no contact was made back to us after at least 6-7 weeks. My fridge freezer stopped working and within 2 hours i had a replacement . With the old appliance removed .Mr Birchall and family are friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them,whilst offering good advice on appliances they sell. they are no more expensive than larger outlets.,and delivery is quicker. I have used Birchalls for well over 15 years and never had any problem with them i would definitely recommend. Overall Good fast friendly service..

My dads fridge freezer had stopped working, he lives in sheltered accommodation and is looked after by myself and my sister with the help of carers. We needed a new one urgently as it was warm weather and we needed his food, milk and meal supplements drinks refrigerated. Birchall's were fantastic the new fridge freezer was delivered and installed within a couple of hours. The service was excellent and I will recommend to friends and family.

I telephones Birchalls mid afternoon on Friday 15/01/16 explaining that I required a new TV with a robust stand that would not be easily knocked over. Mr Birchall gave me full information and phoned me back after the stand was assembled. He gave full advice regarding choice of equipment and advised delivery and installation would be made the following morning. He rang me when the delivery left the shop, giving me an approximate time of arrival, so I was fully prepared. The installation engineers were polite, helpful, explaining operations simply and clearly. It is refreshing that there are traders who still offer excellent customer service, in contrast to those that sell a product and produce little else.

Switched from sky to bt 3 days before Christmas Day, bt engineer diagnosed a fault with aerial and splitter which he couldn't fix. I rang birchalls and although they had no appoints left managed to get 2 engineers (Simon and James, who were brilliant) in between jobs on the same day. Repairs complete within half an hour. This is the 3rd time in 12 years I used birchalls and on each occasion the service has been first class. This not the type of repair you need often but if you want a speedy efficient service this is the place to go.

We purchased a new gas cooker from Birchalls. It was for my mum who lives in Leigh. I live in Hertfordshire and we needed it to be delivered on a day when I was with my mum.
