Neil arrived on time and i explained that we had a small leak,he carried out a thorough inspection and gave me a competitive quote. Neil was able to find and fix the leak that 4 other roofers charged me for but didn't fix plus extra work that needed doing. We had just moved into our new home and the attached flat roofed garage was in a very poor state. We called Neil and he came the same day and assessed the condition of the roof. He took lots of pictures and then explained to us what he believed needed to be done either to repair or to replace and improve the roof. He provided us with a quote and we decided to replace and improve the roof. Neil then organised and completed the whole job over 4 days keeping us informed at every step answering every question we had, providing photos and short videos. Neil instilled trust in everything he did and though only time will tell long term we are confident that the work he completed will be long lasting. We would have no hesitation in engaging in his services again or recommending him to anyone in the future.

The service provided by ANA Roofing was excellent. Discovered leak in spare bedroom ceiling, phoned ANA that afternoon. ANA came 9.00am the following morning. Neil carried out a through investigation of the loft and roof and found 2 broken tiles which he replaced to solve the problem.

Without doubt, the service supplied was second to none. Neil is 'the' professional I was looking for. Plus he cared that we had tubs on our bed catching rain water!
Temporary fix and quotation same say and carried out the work as per expectations.
One feature I liked, he shared progress photos, nice touch when someone is working on your roof. (dorma) The roof is now better than when the house was built. Slight slope, gutters and insulated. No hesitation in recommending ANA.

I rang Neil yesterday afternoon as I had a bad leak in a bedroom with water coming in through the ceiling. Neil arranged to visit this morning. Upon arrival Neil gave me his business card for information and was friendly and professional. He investigated the problem and fixed it in the same visit which was greatly appreciated! Neil diagnosed an issue with a leak in the roof.
Signs are good so far that the problem is resolved. -still dry weeks later.. He organised the scaffold and worked hard on a steep pitched roof. He has a calm reassuring approach and I would definitely recommend him.

Neil attended our appointment on time and immediately started examining the the problem I had with damp in a room which I suspected was caused by a leaking roof.
He went onto the roof and after careful examination concluded that the roof was not the problem and that it was more likely mildew and he advised accordingly.
He advised to recall him if the problem reoccurs and he would examine it again.
Neil refused any payment for his services.
I found Neil to be an honest workman and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone requiring roofing services.

Neil is a very professional and excellent tradesman, he takes pictures of the problem both before and after the job.
He also does a great repair job and only uses the best materials.
He re-pointed my chimney to fix a leak in my bedroom, he also removed and refitted the ridge tiles using the new dry ridge system fix.
The gutter was also overflowing and he had to remove and refit it to allow for the correct run away drainage.
I definitely recommend to use Neil for all future repairs.

From our initial enquiry to job completion Anthony was absolutely first class.
Anthony has completed 3 jobs for us so far this year and everyone was completed to a very high standard. His communication was great and he kept us informed of his findings, what the solution was and when he would complete the task. Anthony never put us under any pressure to agree to work with him and we found this to be very sincere and refreshing.
Anthony was always on time, was honest and very polite. He tidied up before he left our premises on the final day and the problems we had on our roof are a thing of the past.
We would have no hesitation using Anthony again and would 100% recommend him to others. If you need a roofer who is a Good Trader then Anthony is your man.

Punctual,pleasant,explained everything. A particularly unpleasant job due to the heat, the awkward loft access and itâs layout. Also laid a new porch roof and plus removed and relaid part of the main roof under felt, new batons and replaced the roof tiles. Garage front fascias replaced and 2 new down spouts. All rubbish removed and tidied up. Will definitely employ again.

Due to the storm we developed a leak into the house from our roof. I contacted this business at 12.39pm on the 20th January. By 2.10pm the roof had been secured and the leakage stopped.

I would highly recommend this company, Iâve used them three times, twice in the last week to clear gutters and fix a roof. Absolutely brilliant, first class service. I made a call and received a visit and quote the next day. Work was then carried out the next day for gutters and a couple of days later for the roof.
The quote was reasonable and completely itemised so I could see exactly what I was paying for.
The quality of the work is great and all rubbish was tidied up.

A.N.A builders (Neil and his apprentice - who are great friendly people) arrived at our property on Sunday morning and surveyed the work to be done . They even had the courtesy to wait until it looked like most of the neighbours were up and about , before making any noisy works. They carried out the fitting of a new chimney cowl and then proceeded to remove and replace the front lead strip on our property . All work was carried out to a fantastic standard , with no fuss or mess . Neil even returned the following day to finish off the silicone and check that the job was fine and that we were happy . Neil and his apprentice arrived early this morning , to carry out the repairs on my mums front gutter and downspout , which were leaking very badly. Neil and his apprentice carried out all the work with minimal fuss and to an excellent standard and were very friendly , polite and helpful throughout . They left after completing the work and fully clearing all rubbish and left the area spotless. The price quoted was excellent value and well worth the cost. A.N.A Roofing arrived at my mums house to assess and carry out a replacement pitched roof to the rear dormer of her property. The work was carried out in less than 2 days and to the highest standard . ANA provided an excellent service throughout in a friendly and professional manner. I was given advice on what was needed to fix faulty flashing, a broken roof tile and a broken downspout.and quoted a very reasonable price. The work itself was completed quickly and without any mess. I had first phoned ANA on Tuesday and everything had been completed by the Thursday morning of the same week. I am very pleased with the outcome and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I asked A N A Roofing to inspect both chimney stacks on our house, I wanted one repaired and the other one removed.
Neil came the same day took photographs of both chimney stacks and explained the problems, he gave a quote that I was happy with, as he was friendly, polite and I trusted him I booked him straight away.
Neil completed both jobs to an excellent standard and removed all the debris and tidied up, no trace of any rubbish.
I've more work for Neil in 2018 and I'll recommend him to friends.

Broken roof tiles replaced on my late fathers property. From first contacting the gentleman at lunchtime, the work was completed the same day. I needed to have a chimney stack repaired before having a new gas fire fitted, It needed the removal of weeds and crumbling mortar and repointing, I called the guy and arranged a visit to see what needed doing, the fellow came out the next morning, he gave a fair quote and he offered to do the work the very next day, dry weather permitting. The job was done with no hassle or delays, he arrived early and got straight to work, he kept me informed at each stage of the repair and showed me photos detailing the condition of the chimney before the work started and after. Very pleasant guy to do business with and would recommend to anyone needing similar work doing, thoroughly satisfied with the job done.

Contacted Neil late Friday afternoon and he promised to come round on the Monday. At 9am sharp he appeared, quoted (very reasonable) and I asked him to go ahead. Not only did he fix the problem (missing/loose slates) but even cleaned out the guttering for us. No hesitation in recommending him.

we would recommend Mr Appleton to anyone. Mr Appleton impressed us by arriving as arranged to assess the job, and provided an estimate within a matter of days. He also arrived as arranged to start the work, and completed over two days. with the use of his smart phone he was able to show us the problem with the roof and then show us how he had completed the repairs.

Neil promptly provided a quote to replace the lead on the bay window. He also made the bay flat roof waterproof the same day, then promptly repaired it when he had purchased the materials. He explained exactly what he was going to do in plain english. He was friendly and did and excellent job. Would definitely use Neil again.

Over the last 15 years we have had several companies to repair the roof valley, unfortunately none of the companies resolved the problem successfully. We asked Neil at ANA Building Services to have a look at the problem along with damp in bedroom chimney breast ad a look in the loft bedroom ceiling. He immediately know what was causing these problems and after a very reasonable quote started work. I did not need to do anything else. Neil organised the scaffolding and completed the jobs which turned out to be replacing lead on the roof valley, refitting velux window which was fitted wrong 30 years ago and pointed the chimney. I now have no damp or leaking problems and can't thank ANA enough. No hassle, cleaned up after themselves and very reasonable price. What's not to like, would recommend him to friends & family
