Martin (& barry) carried out a ground floor extension & knock through to our kitchen/dinning room. Prior to starting the work Martin came out to look at the job & price it, making it clear what was included/not included before starting works. His communication was excellent throughout. Martin was very approachable and knowledgeable, accommodating any change/request we had without issue.His brick work and general building work is first class. His sub contracted trades were all top quality, special mention to daz the plumber & Alan/Chis the sparks who went above & beyond. Couldn't fault them & would have them back again in a heartbeat.

Martin, Barry and the rest of the team have built a loft conversion including a complete new roof, with gable ends added and a dormer. From start to finish I have no complaints, they have always been reliable, punctual, friendly and accommodating to any needs or changes we have wanted as the build progressed. Their workmanship is excellent and the various other trades, plumbers, electricians, roofers, plasterers have all worked to an equally high standard. All other trades were arranged by Martin to arrive as and when required and all were polite and respectful when working within our home. Martin and the whole team always work in a clean, tidy and friendly manner, a quality which was also noted by my neighbours who have commented on how impressed they are by Martin and his team. Martin gave us a competitive quote of which he stuck to, other than changes or additions that we requested along the course of the build. I wouldnât hesitate in asking Martin to do any work I may need doing at home in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone!

MW Building & Home Improvements Martin & his Team built a single story extension on our home included new Bedroom & Bathroom from start to finish his communication was excellent every stage we where given an update from the foundations to the end finish All the trades that where involved in the build ...bricklayers joiners plumbers roofers plasters etc where knowledge and their quality of work was excellent & also their manner was friendly & approachable We would have no hesitation in recommending Martin & his team to friends & family .

Recently had Garage conversion completed by M W Building which is a family business. Martin, Barry and Tommy are all excellent tradesmen and first class at what they do their attention to detail was second to none which resulted in a superb job. MW Building built a garage and kitchen extension. The work was carried out to an exceptional standard, Martin's brickwork is superb. All the relevant trades were organised by Martin, this ensured that they were available at the right time so not to delay the job. All the tradesmen used worked to a very high standard. The original quote was not altered apart from additional works, lots of, which were requested by us. Martin and co were so patient with us, lots of decisions to make but they were always accommodating and professional. The area was tidied and cleared every night and no mess was left. All in all we are over the moon with the work carried out and the finished result. We will definitely recommend Martin to anyone who needs building work doing. First Class - Thank you

Martin and the team at MW Building & Home Improvements did an fabulous job on our downstairs shower and cloakroom extension. His brick work and general building skills are first class. Alongside his dad Barry and the rest of his professional tradespeople (plumbers, roofers, electricians, plasterers etc) Martin arranged everything to fit in with the work schedule and work was carried out to the highest standard in a friendly, approachable manner. Nothing was too much trouble and they always tidied up after themselves. Martin kept within the quote except for additional work we requested. We would have no hesitation in recommending Martin and his colleagues and would use them again in the future.

Martin and the team at MW Building & Home Improvements did an amazing job for our garage conversion. Martin organised all of the required tradesmen and kept me informed of timescales for each of them, which made it as painless and stress-free as possible. They always tidied up after themselves, arrived on time and the overall quality of work was impressive. The quote they provided never changed, with the exception of additional work I requested personally, and nothing was ever too much for them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone!

Martin carried out a ground floor wrap around extension at out house. His brick work and general building work is first class. He knew the details and organised other trades (roofers, electricians, joiners, piling etc.) who were all good class and fitted in with the work schedule. Although the job meant taking out our existing kitchen and the rear of our house, he put up a temporary wall/partition so that we could still function/cook in the house while the work carried on keeping the internal mess to a minimum. He had good advice and was flexible during the build to get the most out of the new build. The extension looks great and we get comments from visitors of what a good job he's done. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to do a large building job similar to ours.

Martin and his work collegues completed my extension in a professional manner. He was curtious thoughout the build and was always readily available to suggest ideas which have enhanced my room on the inside and as well as the outside. His work was completed to a very high standard and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Very impressed with the building work carried out by Martin and his subcontracted trades (family business). The quote provided was competitive and was accurate until I decided to change the initial work. Martin was very open to any changes and provides advice which puts your mind at rest. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone that needs all types building of work.

Gave a reasonable quote. Came before work started to ensure he understood what we wanted. Was punctual. All building work completed to a excellent standard and signed off by building standards. Friendly and answered all questions or queries we had. Would highly recommend for all building work.

Barry and Martin genuine familly building business. Very competitive quote and,unlike some tradesmen we have dealt with, I had no doubt they would turn up and do the job as specified and as promised. I find these days that,s half the battle!! very satisfied and when there was a problem with the new patio door(no fault of MW builders) they both turned up following morning and resolved it.Would reccomend,and I also enjoyed their company.

Recently contacted MW builders as recommended by a family friend. The work required was to replace the wall and paving in my back garden that had become aged and dismantled.Martin and Barry completed the work in a day and the quality of work exceeded my expectations. My garden was also left immaculate after work completed. Over the moon with the results.Service was friendly, affordable and to the highest of quality. Would highly recommended.

Martin, Barry and the team were excellent throughout the whole process.The work delivered was excellent.Our job included, amongst others, a garage conversion and hefty structural alterations.The price was extremely competitive, the workmanship was first class, and the building inspector passed the work with no problems.I would highly recommend this company - the builders are trustworthy, tidy, punctual and the price was very competitive.We are so pleased with the work done, however, since the work has been completed our family actually miss them coming!

Communication excellent throughout. martin was very approachable and knowledgeable. A very tidy service man who cleaned up each night before leaving. Brickwork was extremely neat and the finish was to perfection. Will be using Martin again for future building works and home improvements

Very polite & professional tradesman who has carried out top quality work over various tasks. I have and will use Martin many more times and friends and family have also had works carried out through my recommendations with no complaints. Good prices and communicated well throughout.
