Extremely efficient. Rang when he said he would. My kitchen window was a problem to me - opening and closing it was difficult because of its position and my height. He offered solutions to this which have proved perfect. He did the work and treated me in a highly professional manner. The kitchen was left beautifully clean, as if no work had taken place. I will recommend Paul Haddock to all my friends. I am delighted with the result and the price was fair for the job done. Definitely full marks!!

My partner and I couldn't fault the service provided by Mr Haddock, who replaced most the windows in our house, which were in a poor state of repair, with double glazing, and installed a new back door. Communication with him was always prompt and straightforward. He gave us useful advice - the knowledge and skill from the experience he has built up well evident. At each stage of the process he arrived when he said he would, and he kept to his installation schedule even though on one of the days his assistant could not be present (and the weather was unhelpful). The house is late Victorian and he managed neatly the join between the new windows and various existing decorative elements.We are very well pleased and satisfied with the end result, and recommend Mr Haddock without reservation. We have already asked him to complete an additional piece of work.

We had a broken double glazed unit. We rang Paul on the Thursday and he came out to measure the window. He rang us later with a very reasonable price so we asked him to do the job. He came out at the day and time that we'd agreed and completed the job well. Very clean and tidy. He's very pleasant and told us also that we did not need a new lock for the window, a touch of WD40 would solve the problem. We appreciate his honesty.

We rang Paul to ask about our broken double glazed window. He called on Thursday to measure up and give us a price which we accepted. He called today to fit it. Found Paul's firm on the Good Trader Scheme. Arranged for him to call down and give us a quote for a new door. He came to our home at the time agreed. He texted the next day to say door was ordered and kept us fully informed throughout. A day was agreed for fitting and Paul arrived on time and replaced the door. He worked very hard and the door is great we are very pleased with it. We are so pleased we have decided to get Paul to fit some windows for us and will definitely be recommending him to others.

Paul did some excellent work for my mum a couple of years back, did a great job and treated my mum in a lovely way, so when I needed new windows I knew where to look. The service I received was excellent, really clear communication about the timescale and the process. Paul and his coworker were very good house guests, they arrived on time and just set to work. They just seemed to know what each other we're doing and there didn't seem to be any time wasted at all. They tidied up after themselves and I'm now the very pleased owner of new upstairs window, bay window and french doors. Will definitely be asking them back to do the rest of the doors and windows when I can and would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Paul was professional throughout the full process, from initial measuring and quotes, through to fitting. His strong knowledge and communication put us at ease straight away and was flexible in fit dates due to other work being done at the house. The team were incredibly hard working and punctual, also very clean putting down sheets across all work and walk areas and hoovering up after their work. I would fully recommend Paul, he has also replaced our front door and done work for our parents, all of which has been first class.

Paul fitted a new UPVC back door. Arrived early, did a good job, the room looks so much brighter, door is also better quality than our old one and feels sturdier and more secure with 4 hinges instead of the usual 3. Requested an extra bracing panel down the middle and was still only £600 fitted. Even cleaned up.

I found Paul to be friendly, polite and explained what he had done (type of glass he replaced) He was very tidy and left no mess at all using dust sheets on the landing and in my bedroom. Roofer broke the cill on my kitchen window when doing a roof repair on 13/3/20 - He contacted Paul Haddock who came around 1 hour later, he said he could do repair, About 10 oclock Monday 16/2/20. Paul told us he would be there at 7.30am and was bang on time. He got to work straight away and his attention to detail was superb. A lovely man, nothing was to much trouble and the finished article surpassed our expectation. The clean up done afterwards was so proffessional and unexpected, done between Paul and Brad, they were perfectionists.The price was great, especially for the quality, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.

Measured the opening and informed us of the installation date, even rang us the day before to confirm the start time. I've had all the windows, front door and patio doors replaced with UPVC, in a property I rent out, by Paul today. Paul's done a brilliant job. Paul was very patient with our changing order (we kept finding more defective glazing units) and came out 3 times to measure up and submit new quotes. Quick to do the installation (about 2 weeks) once the order was agreed and very quick, clean and efficient when they came to install. Would recommend! FENSA certification would've been the icing on the cake, but they were the definitely cheapest&most reasonable and best to have come and quoted, friendly and quick.

PH Windows have recently replaced Windows and a glass pane for us. Paul was punctual, extremely professional, pleasant, cleaned up after himself. He repaired the brickwork above our windows. I had one back door by Mr Haddock approx i month ago, I like his work and skill and the finish, so I asked him could he fit 3 new internal doors, which he did. I am very pleased with his work, and I would recommend him for his workmanship
