People need to be advise that this company are the best, from initial office contact with office to the guys who came to do the job. Graham and Mick came to fit an alarm to my property. Stuart visited initially and told me which sensors would be best and where they would be most effective to be fitted within my house. Graham took the time, once he had installed the alarm to help me to set it up on my mobile phone, as Iâm not the most technical of people. He was really patient and helpful and explained how easy it was to use. It has given me such piece of mind following a break in and I sleep much better at night now. Thank you so much. Weâve used GHE before when we first bought our house and recently decided to update the lighting in our home so knew exactly who to call. The Electricains sent were punctional, friendly and got straight into the work. No question or request was an issue and did a sterling job. Even tidying up after themselves so youâd hardly know theyâd been there. Would definitely use again for when we come up with our next idea!

Came out promptly to deal with a problem with our alarm system. Took only a few minutes to do the work., was polite, friendly and professional at all times. I found the cost a bit much for such a small piece of work. Took a long time for invoice to arrive presumably because of the lockdown. I could not pay online and so had to send a cheque.

I employed GHE Electrical on a refurbishment project I'm managing, they were far more competitive on price than any other Electrical Contractor I approached. When we needed them to increase labour or attend on days they were due to attend they duly obliged at the drop of a hat. I contacted GHE for an initial quote towards HD CCTV installing at our house due to working nights and also frequently vacating at our holiday home in spain. GHE explained whatâs involved and informed myself that I can also access remote viewing, so if Iâm in spain I can automatically log into an app to view live or recorded activity which I was unaware off. GHE also upgrade our current alarm system to a Wireless alarm connected to me iphone and additional security lighting. Iâd highly recommend GHE due to their expertise and workmanship. Scott.

From start to finish GHE were fantastic and stood out from the rest. They were friendly, informative and reliable. We contacted a couple of tradesmen in the area and GHE were the ones who were true to their word: showed up when they said they would to give us an estimate and were really helpful in explaining what would be needed. The lads were on time every day to start work and grafted straight through. I cannot fault the work they have done at all! The finish is fantastic. From the first phone call I made to this company, enquiring about the price and details for a new house alarm system. Their customer service, quality of work, time keeping and great team of installers was second to none (After first contacting another company who came out to give me a price and was told they would send an email with a quote (This never arrived and after a few more phone calls, gave up on that company! There were a lot of problems with my alarm/camera systems. GHE sorted them all out. It took some time to sort everything but they were patient and thorough in their work. The time taken was not due to GHE but the fault of the installer (not local) of the systems.

They arrived on time and did the work which was to fit a new electrical distribution board in the house and garage. They pointed out faults in the wiring which will require future attention. I feel that the price for fitting the 2 pendant fittings was overpriced though, as these took less than 3 minutes. 12/11 I contacted GHE on Tuesday 13th November an electrician called to inspect the work to be done, a quote arrived via email same day, the work was scheduled for Thursday Morning 9 am - 11. Two electricians arrived promptly, completed the work, tidied up and left everything clean. Invoice came later in the day via email which was paid via internet banking. Very efficient company, excellent quality of work, would recommend this company to my friends and family

A guy came out initially to look at the job and give us various options on what we could do. He then went away and we received a price by e mail that evening. We contacted them to say we were happy and a team of guys came down and fitted the system a week later. All three guys were really professional. They got on with the job and were very respectful of our property, taking their shoes off every time they entered our house, which must have driven them crazy as they were in and out a lot. After a 3.00 a.m. fire on old unit they came out same day, explained in terms I understood what needed doing, agreed price, where polite, courteous, very tidy. A* service will recommend to anyone and everyone.

Cleaned up areas that had been worked on. Explained how the intruder alarm system worked and ensured we could understand and operate the system. One of the sensors had been set too sensitive and they returned a couple of times to reset it. Documentation was provided within a week which related to the certificate of competancy. Overall excellent service, would them again and would recommend them.
