The only company that responded between Christmas and New Year (the other companies contacted didn't respond after New Years either). From the beginning when my original boiler died, the service from this firm h as been outstanding. i received information which enabled me to take an informed path of action, without being swayed one way or another. Mr Welch went to a lot of trouble to get the job done quickly as I was without hot water and heat. the gentlemen (and they were) who fitted the new boiler were excellent. they even lay cloths on the carpet and vacuumed when they completed the job. They showed me how to use the controls and ensured paperwork was completed and explained. i highly recommend this firm because of their professionalism and thoughtfulness. Thanks

The 2 lads worked extremely hard. They did excellent jobs throughout including replacing bricks and touching up cementing as well as all the installations. They didn't stop until the job was complete.The job necessitated upheaving virtually every room but they cleared up wonderfully well. Brilliant service. And they were very pleasant and polite. The service provided by this company was professional and exemplary in every way, from the office staff to the work force.when our 31 year old central heating boiler had broken down, Frank came out to give us an estimate and explain the work involved. The fitting team of Ste and Mark started work the following week and completed the job in two days. They were assisted by an electrician who fitted a new control system. All the lads were friendly, polite and kept us informed as the work progressed. On completion they explained in detail how the new system worked.. We are so pleased that we saw the company advert as an accredited Worcester/Bosch installer in the "Local Life" magazine and would now highly recommend the company.

We had a new boiler and new radiators fitted in most of the rooms. We were told it may take 2-3 days. The workmen were very professional and excellent tradesmen and worked continuously throughout the time and finished in two days, leaving the house and all the carpets back as they found them. Faulty boiler. Neil attended and was very profesional. Explained what was wrong and arranged for the parts and the return visit along with the cost there and then. He then returned on the agreed date and fitted the parts. Boiler now working perfectly. Neil cleaned up as he went along. Could not fault him or the setvice provided! He is a credit to your company and will definately use your company again if required.

When Frank came to give me a quote for a new boiler he explained everything very clearly. The lads turned up a week or so later to do the work, they were ready friendly, polite and very hard working, they explained how the boiler worked an cleaned up before they left. I then bought some designer radiators and a dual fuel range cooker which I asked them to fit, again, the lads turned up and did a fantastic job everything was done to a very high standard. I would highly recommend FG Welch and would definitely use them again

We are so pleased with the relocation and installation of our new boiler. The installation engineers were polite, punctual and extremely professional. They carried the work out with minimal disruption and were extremely tidy. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.
